"Wait wait wait, what do you want me to do?"

"Okay okay here's the plan. You ask Kaminari to go to the carnival with you, and I ask (y/n)." Ochako repeating excitedly.

"...okay. Then what?"

"Then we 'bump' into each other."

"Okay."

"Then I say, 'oh (y/n), I really need to use the bathroom.' And then after I leave, you say, 'let me go grab some snacks'. You give Kaminari a nudge or something, then we ditch!" She beamed.

"Isn't that kinda rude though?"

"This is for the greater good Kirishima! Don't you want to see them together? (Y/n)'s counting on us!"

"Well yeah but... wait does she even know we're doing this?"

"Well no but... she's so shy and flustered around him... and I feel like everyone in the world knows that Kaminari likes her except her. I, no we, have to get them alone together."

"I see."

"So be a good wingman and help your fellow classmate help her fellow classmate date her fellow classmate!"

"...what."

"Nevermind, just make sure Kaminari shows up at the carnival tonight. Seven o'clock sharp, okay!?"

"Alright!"

"Great! Alright, Kirishima, we're gonna make this happen... don't fail me."

The young man sweated nervously. Ochako's energy was scary sometimes.

"Gosh (y/n), you look so darn cute it hurts!" Your good friend Ochako beamed at you as you waved her down in front of the carnival gates. The bright cheery lights and tantalizing smells beckoned you into the ride filled, people packed amusement park.

"So do you!" You giggled, remembering when Ochako had hinted that you dressed up a little tonight.

"Well let's go!" She laughed, pulling you into the jam-packed amusement park.

The two of you wandered the stalls, getting duped by games, buying snacks, and having an all-round cheerful night. As you immersed yourself in game after game, you failed to notice the mysterious phone calls your good friend was making.

"Hey Kirishima! So you finally decided to pick up huh?"

"Yeah yeah... the traffic was bad okay?"

"We're by the games, so hurry up and get over here!"

"Ochako? Who're you calling?" You wondered, pushing through the crowd with a small stuffed Pikachu that you just won.

"Oh, just my mom~," She said airily. "Look, claw machines!"

"C'mon, Denki let's go over to the games place!"

Kaminari looked up from his bowl of mochi cakes. "Okay sure. Man I used to be so good at those ball toss games! Just give me a sec."

"Yeah I'm sure there are tons so let's get moving! Like now!"
