As Ryan dropped his cell to the floor, he felt darkness closing in on him. His heart pounded in his chest. Sweat poured down his body.
BANG. BANG. BANG.
"Ryan. You okay in there?"
Ryan ran his head under the tap to clear the fogginess.
"Ryan. We're all waiting."
He darted towards the door and turned the key gently.
"Hey. Buddy. There's no way out", whispered Falconi through the door. "Come with me now. Let's talk. Just me and you. I'm intrigued to know how our project is going."
"OUR project! Fuck you Falconi. You sneaky son of a bitch. Jenkins will hear about this. Y-Y-You watch." stammered Ryan.
"Hey Ryan. Mr J's here right next to me. Come out and tell him all about it." Falconi snorted like a pig.
Ryan reached for the sink, steadying himself. Looking around frantically, he knew he was trapped. He had to hide.
THUD! The door creaked on its hinges as Falconi kicked out in frustration.
Quickly, Ryan threw off his clothes and scrubbed his face, removing the last visible traces of his presence, before hiding behind the door.
Splinters and shards of glass covered the floor as the the door flew off its hinges.
As Falconi's men quickly fanned out and began searching the cubicles, Ryan made his move. His exit was blocked by Falcon. He aimed his uppercut carefully, striking him clean on the jaw, rocking him backwards. Before Falconi realised what had hit him, Ryan was past him.
"He's out you bunch of numbskulls!" barked Falconi, still groggy from the surprise attack. "Quick. Seal the exits."
