Natsu thinks, it sure would be nice to have a sleepover. He is rather lonely ever since Happy got married. His place has not been the same since then. It is way to quiet to suit him. He figures I will call around and see who came come over for it.
Natsu calls Lucy first. "Hello, Lucy are you there?" Natsu says and tries hard not to sound to eager.
"Hello? Is this Natsu?" Lucy says into her phone. She thinks, there is no way my crush is really on the other end of the phone, right?
"Yes, it is me! Say Lucy are you free tonight?" Natsu says.
"Yes, why?" Lucy says and almost drops her phone.
"I plan to have a sleepover at my place, and well I want to invite you." Natsu says.
"Sure, I will come!" Lucy says into her phone. She can hardly wait for the sleepover to begin. It sure makes it a good excuse to spend time with him.
"Great, see ya! Oh, and make sure to remember your toothbrush, toothpaste, and whatever else you will need to stay the night." Natsu says.
"Yeah, got it! See y-ya, N-Natsu!" Lucy says into her end of the receiver. Then she hangs up to get everything ready for tonight.
Meanwhile, Natsu manages to contact Gray and Juvia. Both say they will be able to make it as well. He calls Gajeel too, but he is sick and cannot come. What a bummer, he thinks. Then, Levy says she cannot come, but does not say why. How even more peculiar is this? Natsu thinks. Everyone else after this is either out of town, or busy with a mission. Well, he thinks at least there will be four of us. That is not to bad, now is it?
Later, Lucy arrives first to Natsu's place.
"Hey, Luce! Juvia and Gray are not here yet. Funny thing is it turns out they are the only other ones available for this." Natsu remarks.
"Wow, that is odd. Anyway, at least there will be four of us." Lucy says.
"You are right about that and by the way are you thirsty?" Natu remarks.
"Yes, I would like a glass of ice water please." Lucy says.
Natsu fixes it for her and hands it to her. "Here,you go, Luce." Natsu says.
"Thank you, Natsu." Lucy says.
The doorbell rings, and Natsu opens it to find Gray with Juvia right behind him. "Well, come inside you too." Natsu says.
"Sure, will do, buddy!" Gray says.
"Yeah, whatever Gray says." Juvia remarks.
Once Gray and Juvia come inside, Natsu closes the door and locks it behind them. He hangs their jackets up on the coat rack for them.
"Anyone else want something to drink?" Natsu ask.
"Wow, Juvia sees Lucy is here!" Juvia says.
"Juvia, is right, Lucy is here." Gray says.
Natsu fixes them all iced water, and gets himself a glass as well.
The four play some truth or dare. Then, twister, uno and few other games. Last they pop some popcorn and watch two movies back to back as they eat the snack and drink sodas. Natsu falls asleep with Lucy on his lap. Gray with Juvia's head on his chest.
