Laurens pov.

I woke up with a splitting head ache that lasted for a few minutes, I was in a room with no windows, Asher and the rest of the guys was with me except for Jayden. Johnny told me they took her to fix her leg, but a few moments later they brought her right back and she was fine, it's like she never even got shot.

"So..." I started off

"How are we gonna get ourselves out of this?" I questioned looking to Asher who had his head in his hands.

"I don't know,"

I knitted my brows together.

"This time I really don't know," Asher told me leaning his head against the wall.

Ashers pov.

It was silent for a few minutes before I decided to speak again

I sighed, "Crystal should've assigned someone else for this, because if it wasn't for me we wouldn't even be in this mess right now and you guys wouldn't have been involved, I'm such a screw up and I'm really sorry that I let you all down and I'm sorry I let Annie down and that I hurt her, if I could take it all back I would," I said look down at my shoe.

"Asher, look at me," lauren said pulling me to stand next to her.

"As Annie's best friend, I've never ever seen her as happy as she is when she's with you, even the meer mention of your name she's a smiling and giggling mess," lauren explained.

"Laurens right you know, Annie even feels safer when she's with you, heck I remember that day in the classroom when you punched Alex and Annie couldn't stop talking about you afterwards she was really worried about you," Jayden told me looking me right in the eye.

"Alex is Annie's best friend but you your her love story, and I know you would never give up on her and you will do anything to make her feel happy and protected," she finished off.

"But-"

"No, no buts," Logan said cutting me off.

"Come one we got this, you got this," he said while poking his finger hard into my chest.

"Okay okay, Jeez!" I yelled backing away from him causing everyone to laugh.

Laurens pov.

While the two of them were busy talking to Asher I was busy standing by the door with my ear leaned against it, I waited and waited until I heared footsteps and talking.

"Guys!" I exclaimed running to Logan and hiding behind him.

They all looked at me with wide eyes, the door opened revealing three big buff guys, two were wearing masks and the one in the middle wasn't.

Not even a second went by before Asher, Logan and Johnny were standing in front of Jayden and I.

"Stay behind us," Johnny whispered.

Jayden scoffed, "they act like we can't take care of ourselves,"

I gave her that 'I know you can but I sure as hell can't' look.

Asher's pov.

I looked at the guy in the middle shocked, "What do you want with us?" I asked.

"It's not what we want, it's what he wants from you," he replied rather coldly and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Take us just whatever you do don't touch them," Johnny warned him but he laughed.

"Calm down pretty boy he's not gonna hurt them, we just using them as bait," he said grabbing Jaydens arm while the other guy took lauren.

"Bait!? Who in this world gave you the right to call us bait!" Lauren said starting to yell at the guy to let her go.

"Wait! Wait!" I screamed and everyone looked at me.

"Take me instead, I got everyone into this mess and I'm gonna get us out of it," I said.

"Asher," I heared Jayden warn but I just ignored her.

"Let go of them and take me, please," I begged, he let go of them while pushing them in the process but Logan caught lauren and Johnny caught Jayden in time.

"As you wish," he grabbed me and pulled me out the room the other two guys following but first closing and locking the door.

I heared my friends bang the door with their fists, screaming for me to go back and let them go.

But I couldn't, I didn't look back, I was doing this for them.

I was doing this for Annie.

Its been what? 2/3 months? I don't know

But yeah I've been going through some stuff so I didn't have time to write.

I was gonna go on hiatus and start writing again in, October? Maybe November.

But...
