Tessa POV
I glance around from where I sat on a throne next to my mother, seeing all of the civilians that had gathered around. I was wearing a sparkling blue dress with white, glowing gems on it. "Pretty exciting to finally have your own throne next to your mother isn't it, Sweetie?" My mother asked me, gently running her sleek fingers through my soft, blue hair. "It's pretty amazing, Mom. The view is beautiful," I replied, listening to the faint chatter of citizens below me. I looked around at the landscape, most of the buildings were amazing looking, though regular humans on the planet Earth would think they looked strange. Most of the buildings were a color of blue and pink or purple and blue. Blue was the most popular color on Thalia Natui, which may seem like a weird and unusual name. My dream has always been to see space. I heard it's absolutely beautiful. "Greetings, Citizens of Thalia Natui!" My mother yelled, her voice booming and heard over all the chatter. The citizens respectfully quieted down. I glanced down, there was a road with 3 carriages, each with strong and agile horses leading them. Each carriage had a special citizen who was picked for the level of their magic. "Welcome to the annual Magic Cargima!" My mother boomed. Everyone erupted into claps and cheers. Cargima meant 'Carriage race' in our Thalian language. "This year, we have 3 contestants going up against each other! Each have incredible powers and are amazingly gifted!" My mother said. I scanned the crowd for anyone recognizable, but I couldn't see anyone I recognized with everyone shuffling around. "We have, Miguel! Who can control an extreme amount of wind and fire!" My mother said as a man with short, orange colored hair stepped out of the first carriage, waving to the already excited and energized crowd. "We have, Thalis! Who is extraordinary in cosmetics and transformations!" My mother boomed as a beautiful woman with sleek, blond hair stepped out of the 2nd carriage. Everyone cheered and clapped. "And finally, we have Thalos! He can control any kind of magic and has very wishful and intelligent thinking," My mother said. I watched as the skinny man with wild hair stepped out of the last carriage, waving to the crowd. I turned to see my mother looking at me. "You want to say the rest?" My mother asked me kindly. I nodded excitedly as I stood up. The 3 contestants got onto their carriages. "The purpose of this race is to use your magic to reach the finish line! Which is located about 6 miles south of here!" I said, hearing my voice boom over the crowd. "LET THE RACE BEGIN!" My mother and I yelled at the same time.
Raphael POV
"Where's the next piece of the black hole generator anyway?" April asked. My brothers, April, and Casey were standing nearby. "It appears the next piece is located on one of the moons of a very beautiful planet named Thalia Natui," the Professor replied. "What kind of name is that?" I asked. "Relax, Raph. The name isn't strange to them. In fact, a very intelligent human like species but with supernatural powers live there!" Donnie said. "Woah, that's so METAL!" Casey said. The Ulixes hyper-jumped to the galaxy that the Thalia Natui was in. The galaxy was named the Sophinia Galaxy.  I glanced around at the planets. "Woah, it's so beautiful!" April said. "Woah.." I heard Mikey say in astonishment. "I've never seen any galaxy like it," Leo said. "This galaxy is one of the most beautiful in the cosmos!" The professor stated. "Yea, I can tell," I muttered. The Ulixes landed on the moon, the door opening as the ramp slid onto the ground. I was the first one out, followed by Leo, Mikey, Casey, Donnie, April, and Fugitoid. "Woah. This moon is really warm!" Casey said. "I think that's pretty obvious, Casey," April said. "Everyone focus. We need to find the piece of the black hole generator," Leo said. "Aww.." Mikey said in disappointment. "Leonardo is correct, if we don't find the piece of the black hole generator, your planet will be doomed once more," the Professor said. "Yea, almost forgot about that," April muttered. We continued to walk along the moon's surface. The moon was similar to Earth's moon, but with less craters. "Where is this thing? We've been walking forever!" I said in frustration. "Be patient, Raph! We're almost there," Donnie said, taking out his scanner. Soon enough, we saw the piece of the black hole generator. "There it is!" Leo said. "I'm remotely preparing Ulixes for take off," Fugitoid said. "Remotely?!" Mikey asked. "Of course! Who wouldn't have a spaceship compatible with remote control?" the Professor chirped happily. "That. Is. So. Metal!" Casey exclaimed. Soon enough, the Ulixes landed beside Leo. We got the piece on board as everyone else headed for the bridge, getting seated in their stations as the Ulixes lifted off, blasting back into space. "That was easy," I said. "A little too easy," April muttered. "April's right. That was the easiest piece to get so far, it's strange," Leo said. "Well, I'm sure if something were to happen it would of happened by now," Donnie said. "Yea!" Mikey agreed. "Now that makes more sense," I muttered.
Tessa POV
I was seated next to my mother still as we watched the race. Miguel had used his special wind abilities to propel himself forward. Despite him having those powers, Thalis was currently in the lead, Thalos following, and then Miguel. "Thanks for letting me sit with you, mother!" I said happily. "Your welcome, Tessa. You deserve it," my mother said with a sweet smile. My talk with my mother was interrupted when one of the scientists on Thalia Natui ran up to us. "Your Majesty, I have urgent news!" The man said. My mother turned. I noticed the worry staining her face, and got a little frightened myself. "What is it?" She asked urgently. "Something has entered our atmosphere! It's about to hit near the town of Thalos. It can cause catastrophic damage," the man said. My eyes widened. "Gather the officials! Have them evacuate the citizens! Come on, Tessa!" My mother said as she grabbed my hand. She used one of her many abilities to teleport us to the ground. The race was over, and all that could be heard was chaos. "What's going on?" I asked. My mother could see the fear in my eyes. "Something has entered our atmosphere. From what was said, the damage can be horrible. It is wrong to keep secrets from you any longer," my mother said. "Get to the space pods, now!" My mother said, practically yelling over all the panicking of the civilians. "But what about you?" I said in panic. "I will make sure no civilian is left behind!" My mother said. "Now go!"
I didn't want to leave my mother, but I knew I had to. She wouldn't want me to perish like this. I used my teleportation ability to teleport to the space pods. I opened the door and hopped in. I saw other pods lifting off following mine. I felt the pressure of my pod leaving the atmosphere. I glanced out the window to see a huge object collide with Thalia Natui, causing the water to rise up into a tsunami and probably wipe out everyone and everything. The pod suddenly lurched, and I looked out to see the pod tumbling toward one of our moons. "Oh no.." I muttered before everything went black.
