Wednesday, 8:00 AM, School Math Classroom:

Jackson's POV: I was absolutely shaking, from head to toe. We had just entered the classroom, which was a total utter mystery to me. I wasn't really sure how exactly this worked, so I just sat down in a chair behind one of the double desks, (Yes they have double desks please don't ask.) where Harletta soon joined me in the other chair. But before I could even completely get comfortable, the teacher called me up, presumably, as she said,

"We seem to have a new student joining us today."

I stood up, and awkwardly walked over in front of her, fidgeting my hands nervously as I tried my best to stand still.

The teacher cleared her throat, saying, "And, what is your name young man?"

"Jackson Smith," I half mumbled.

She had a questioning look on her face, "Patrick what?"

"I-I-I'm Jackson Smith. Jack, son, Smith," I stammered.

She grinned proudly, "Alright then, since you've already seemed to have chosen the empty seat next to Harletta, you can sit there."

I nodded, steadying my backpack on my shoulders, and rushing back to the seat. I slung it back off of my shoulders, and it bounced off the desk onto the floor, where I tried to carefully straighten it. I tried desperately to distract the other students' attention from me, by sitting completely still and slouched, just like everyone else. But that's when I realized, I still had my slushie in the side cup pocket of my backpack! I wasn't allowed to have food or drink in here!

What was I supposed to do?!

"Uhhhh.... Euggh," I grunted involuntarily. As I just patted my backpack down, and ignored it, returning to my former position. Hopefully no one would notice? I breathed, trying to stay as calm as possible. Which wasn't exactly very calm mind you. Uh oh, I defaulted, into robot mode!

I was as still as a statue, trying my best to not twitch a muscle and keep thinking about absolutely nothing. But I think I was catching even more students' attention then before, as I got quite a few blank stares. I bit my lip, trying to grasp what in the world I was doing.

Hopefully this supposed "school" would be over sooner opposed to later.

*le time skip cuz school is boring*

Wednesday, 12:00 PM, Seventh Grade Cafeteria:

Still Jackson's POV: By now, we were at, what Harletta called-

"Lunch!" She exclaimed, "My favorite part of the day, besides recess of course."

I questioned, "What's re-re, chess?"

"Pbffft!" She burst out laughing, "Recess! And it's like a break time outside."

I had a look of pure realization painted across my face, and all I could say was, "Oh."

"That all?" She asked lightheartedly.

I nudged her playfully, "Yeah! What else was I supposed to say?!"

"I don't know, maybe ask more about it or actually be charismatic for once? Like, y'know?" She remarked, flinging finger guns in representation of some swaggering guy.

I giggled boyishly, "You know I'm not like that! I'm drawing a blank here in this place, what in the world am I supposed to be doing?"
