Lenka

When we were out of the forest and Len was back to continue the rest of the shoot, Nikki and Kano looked at me and stopped me from walking further. She looks like she really wants to say or something.

I was wondering what it would be.

“Uhm…Lenka-nee?” She looked at me with her eyes with hesitation.

“Yes?” I asked and looked at Kano then back at Nikki.

After a moment of hesitation, she spoke up and said, “I found  my destine.”

I was wondering what she meant and I looked at Kano for any explanation. Wait…is he a vamp too? How come I didn’t notice? That would explain why he’s got red eyes sometimes and is drinking red stuff from a wine glass. And here I thought it was wine. I should have known and observed better.

“Well, you rarely see him around the house. He usually hangs around the Dan with them, right?” The voice inside my head asked and I mentally nodded.

“Uhm, what is destine?” I asked him and he grinned at me.

“For werewolves, it’s mates. For vampires it’s destine. Get it now?” He said and right off the bat, my eyes glittered.

“How did you find him? Who is he?” I asked Nikki with glee but I was kind of scared for her. She looks so fragile from my point of view. I don’t like to see her broken.

Nikki looked at Kano then at me then she intertwined her hand with his.

Oh…

Wait…

….

WHAAAAAT??!!!

My face must be really red right now. Oh, wow…Kano….and…Nikki?

What are the odds? And only in one day? One day and my baby sis is no longer a baby? That fast?

“I’m going to kill him.” I said in a monotone voice and walked away.

“Wait!” Nikki chased me and she got on. I looked at her and laughed.

“I was kidding! I don’t have any issue with you and Kano but just be careful, Nikki. Life is a large game of do or die. You have to be careful on every move you make and deliver. I’ve lived long enough to know that.” I told her and hugged her.

“You sure?” Kano asked me and approached me with his hands in his pocket.

“What? You want me to take back my approval for the both of you?” I asked him and in this case, he shook his head. I chuckled. “Well take care of Nikki then.”

“Yes, Ma’am.” He made a salute to me and I carried Nikki in my arms.

“And make yourself known when you’re in the house or I’ll slap you silly if you make Nikki cry.” I told him and started walking with Nikki grinning ear to ear.

Kano

[Forgive me if he’s OOC…I haven’t finished reading or watching the series yet.]

I smiled and thanked Lenka for approving Nikki and my relationship. She really is my favorite cousin.

“Aren’t you happy that we can be together?” I asked Nikki.

“I am but how do I know we’ll last long?” She asked.

“We have to. It’s is called destine for a reason, Nikki.” I saw her smile at me and I smiled back, leaving Lenka clueless.

I wonder if she knows that Len should be hers. I’ll leave it to them. It’s dangerous is you consider it right now since random enemies might pop out of nowhere.

“Mitsuketa~ Lenka-chan~”

Oh, speaking of the devil. Looks like someone’s here to kill Lenka.

She set down Nikki on the ground and she approached me and stood next to me.

The boy was another blonde and was a complete split image of Lenka and Len. Honestly, who made the genes of these blondes? They look so alike. The only difference of Len and this guy is that Len has a small ponytail at the back. This guy doesn’t.

“Rinto? What—I thought you were with father and mother who were in Britain?” She asked and dropped her hand at her skirt.

“She’s going to pull out a blade.”  Nikki told me and she looks like she really going is to pull out something.

“Why, I simply wish to see you and our lovely cousin.” He excused and I glared at him. I don’t really like this guy but he really is my cousin. Sucks to be me.

I hid Nikki behind me and Rinto seemed to notice my protectiveness with the girl.

“Oh? Are you her boyfriend? Seems that you picked out a pretty girl.” Rinto grinned at me but Lenka walked towards him and she grabbed his collar where he kept struggling.

I remembered…he knows nothing of Lenka’s abilities or who she really is. Poor guy…

“Woah! Lenka! Put me down-Ow!” Lenka dropped him to the ground and that must hurt since he landed off balance with his feet.

“Stay away from them.” Lenka told him.

“R-Really? Trying to be the hero now?” Rinto stuttered and stood up to fix himself.

“I will never be one but if you hurt them, you won’t like where you’re going after.” Lenka threatened and basing on the looks of her brother’s face, he saw her eyes turn red.

“M-Monster!” He slowly backed away from Lenka who walked forward to him.

“You don’t mean that, do you? I’m your sister. How could I be one while you are one who always, ALWAYS looked down on me like I’m some puny girl on the street in rags?” I can feel her anger radiate till where we stood. She hates this guy.

“You were no use to mother and father while I always was on top on everything. Doesn’t that make me better than you?” He asked with an arrogant smile on his face.

How I love to smash his face and feed him to wolves.

“That doesn’t give you the right to look down on me like I’m your servant.” Lenka was holding back her anger. She doesn’t want to kill him. She was just mad at him.

“No you aren’t but you are not human.” He looked so disgusted at Lenka who looked so pained.

I feel bad for her.

Nikki stepped out of hiding and ran to Rinto who looked surprised when Nikki grabbed his wrist. She looked mortified.

“You’re…You’re not Rinto!” She declared and the boy’s eyes turned black and his mouth was filled with fangs in a toothy grin.

“I am not but I do love you eat you up.” The guy said and grabbed Nikki but Lenka took Nikki away from him before he could even do anything harmful to her.

“What?” Lenka ushered Nikki next to me. “Who are you?”

I tried to rack my head on what in the world is that creature.

“A rouge.”  Nikki answered and took her stances in front of Lenka.

“Lovely evening, ladies and gents.” He spoke in a raspy and slithery voice.

This guy is disgusting but hey, I can rip his face now, right?
