Dear Diary,
Since the purpose of this diary is to find myself again, I have made a list of things I have to do everyday even if I'm drunk or tired. This also includes a list of my long and short term goals. I was thinking about this while I was in the shower last night.

Short term

Eat three to five times a day. I'm really bad about skipping meals. And I don't do it on purpose, I just forget to eat sometimes.

Drink water. This pretty self explanatory, I'm aiming at least three fourths of a gallon a day.
Make affirmations? I put a question mark because I already talk to myself, I don't know how talking myself more is going to help.

And get at least six hours of sleep each night. Most people aim for seven or eight, but that's like oversleeping to me.
