Casper or again also known as Ahn Yunoh— met Sierra at their med school days. If it weren't for him being a little late he wouldn't sit next to her at a class they wouldn't have that click of fate that time. If Sierra's being honest here about her feelings, he was an eye-catching person in her own point of view.
Yunoh has this appealing side of him plus having that mysterious vibe he has. Despite that Yunoh was that kind of student who is diligent, versatility can be his middle name but all in all he's a quick-witted person. The two of them started with asking stuff that are related to their subjects, paving the way through library meetups, tutoring if one of them does not get exactly what was the lesson, usually Sierra was that kind of person and Yunoh found it cute.
When Sierra's parents knew their friendship they were so relieved that she got to meet a great person like Him, He helped her a lot with her struggles at med school— Yunoh knew she didn't really like the course that much, Sierra was that kind of girl who leans towards more to arts itself but in reality she didn't have a choice back then.
Then things happen...
Yunoh was falling in love with her.
He knew that she has this conflicting side of her about commitments— she doesn't trust herself, too scared for not being enough and all other stuff.
Anxiety was there for Sierra.
By this he understands, pursuing her would be a challenge though nonetheless little by little Yunoh gave his best shot to make her realized and feel that love is all about risk and getting hurt was inevitable since its a natural thing to occur. Because if you love someone you want to give the best for them even if it hurts you.
He showed his patience towards her.
Months passed by from having study session, bonding to each other. Sierra developed that sense of being courageous because of him, she felt confident when Yunoh is around— Ending it up to cute little dates like going to a café, movie night or even having a chill cuddle day.
Yunoh is very supportive of Sierra, He never fails to make her feel comfortable. Throughout the ups and downs in life he was there beside her. Both of their personality complimented with each other no matter what.
After years of hardships, Graduation came. Casper and Sierra strive harder on their carriers as they both kept on cheering each other side by side. Suddenly a bewildering opportunity stumbled upon them.
Their University recommended them to one of the known Hospital in Seoul— having that kind of chance the two of them grabbed it. Some people even teased them for having such relationship goals, starting from their love to carrier wise everything was worth the struggle.
Honestly, both of them feels great— being with each other feels great.
Being in love with each other was surreal.
So why did they broke up?
It was a nightmare for Sierra, the last thing that she expected from her outstand her mind— she fell out love. She was so happy looking at him all day, every day. She was so happy listening to his stories and now even when Yunho's telling her interesting stories she could only nod.
Looks like time is up now, I guess we're the same as others.
She felt guilty about it. Sierra really didn't know she'd have these horrendous feelings towards him unlike before. She's disappointed about her, thoughts were drowning her— however, she knew she needs to stop this eventually. Everything changes like morning becoming night when that night passes, just like another day repeats the feeling which comes to her every single day.
Yunoh is standing in front of her, looking forward to something she said she was going to tell.
You're the same as yesterday, only I'm different.
Sierra took a deep breath before she could admit her genuine feelings to him, tears are slowly forming on her eyes, slightly blocking the view. Nervousness is taking over her from this state she's enduring right now.
"I-I don't want to hurt you but I have to tell you now, it's not easy to hide my fe-feelings I know y-you feel deceived, I'm tr-trying to end this. I-I'm Sorry..." Her voice were cracking while her body is trembling in front of him.
Words are not enough to say how she's so disappointed in herself but still this is the only way. He deserves more— and she's not that person anymore.

Yunoh was being in denial but deep inside of him knew something was going to happen. He knows Sierra very well, in the last few weeks he noticed that she's having such trouble thoughts. She said it was "nothing", she reassured him "it was about stress because of work." he didn't push her about the topic. Cause despite about her answers he knew there's something more to it, but nothing close like this.
none of them expected this to happen— none of them wishes that this day could happen.
He was dazed and his feelings were all over the place.
But the pain itself was unbearable, the person he loves and treasures the most just broke him.
Yunoh used to smile brightly but now, she could see him trying so hard to keep a smiling face and yet tears are flowing on to his face.
