"Tell me about him!" I squealed at Jin, he just told me about his new boy toy!"Okay so we met outside of Juicey Juice and he was running, bumping into me. He apologized and then said hed love to buy me some well you juice, AHAHA." The fact that Jin is so happy right now and laughing, excites me so much.
He continued om with his story, making movements with his hands and arms. It was absolutely adorable.
"Aww thats so cute!" I squealed.
"Talking about me?" Jimin walked over sitting in between Jin and I.
"You ready now?" I asked Jimin as i stood up.
"Yeah lets go." He also stood up, both of us walking out the house into Jimins car.
"Im surprised Hoseok said it was okay for you to spend the day with me." Trust me, so was I.
"He trusts me." Jimins smile started to fall, but he quickly built it back up.
I decided to change the subject to something less awkward.
"So where are we going?" I asked enthusiastically.
"It's a surprise."I looked at Jimin seeing him with a smirk plastered to his face.
"You know I hate surprises Jimin! Just tell me ! " I whined and begged but nothing, I got nothing.
We drove for about another 20 minutes finally arriving at a park.
"You brought me to a park? Why couldn't you have taken me to the one near my house?" I asked, feeling a little dumb founded.
"Come on." He got out of the car, me following behind him.
He went to the backseat pulling out a picnic basket.
I followed him to this huge green field, he spread out a blanket setting the basket on top. We both sat, quietly I might add, it was kind of awkward.
"So, nice park." I was lost, I didn't know how to talk to him at the moment, I wanted to ask why we drove so far to come to this park.
"This is the park where my mother would take me to everyday." He smiled at the memories rushing back.
"This is the place I visited just about everyday for months after moving in with Yoongi and Namjoon." Why was this park so important to him?
"Before she had died, she told me to never hold back and always go after what I want... to be happy." I never knew his mother had died.. I feel so bad, I wanted to hug him but instead I stayed in place as he just continued talking.
"That's why I went after you, you make me happy. You were what I wanted... still are, but before you come at me with anything. I know your still with Hoseok and I'm telling you this now... I don't care how long, I will wait for you. You are the reason for my happiness. It's all you and .." he stopped talking, looking straight into my eyes, leaning in a bit closer to my face. He was centimeters away from my lips. I should have move but I couldn't, I felt stuck.
"And I love you.." he leaned in closer but instead of kissing my lips, he gave me a soft kiss on the cheek. I felt my stomach start to erupt into butterflies.
Feeling the way I do right now, with Jimin, is something I haven't felt in awhile. I just couldn't express it.
Once Jimin backed away looking back at me for some type of response, but I had none.
Jimin grinned, nodding his head.
"That's okay, I wasn't expecting you to have a reply to that. I just had to get it out or else I'd drive myself insane for never telling you." He opened the basket of food, taking out sandwichs.
He put one on a plate and took out containers of fruit, setting each one in between us, that was it was easy for us to grab.
"Dig in." He laughed, making me smile.
Spending the day Jimin at the park was possibly one of the most fun days I've ever had.
We ate and talked, we chased each other around on the play ground earning stares from children's parents. The funny thing about that is we even made friends with the parents children, playing tag and little kid like games. The parents hated it, which made it even more funny. We even got yelled at to get off the playground, that we weren't kids anymore.
Once the sun had started to set we decided to clean up and head back home.
"Am I taking you to Jins or your house?" Jimin asked while driving.
"Jins, my brother isn't home, he's staying at Kaytlins tonight." Jimin laughed, obviously knowing why my brother decided to stay the night at Kaytlins.
"What would you do it your brother had a kid?" Jimin humorously laughed
"Wow, well for one I'd feel bad for the kid because Taehyung would probably feed it nothing but donuts that's for sure. And two, I'd spoil the cap out of this baby, especially since it's my brothers." I smiled thinking of how cute it would be for Kaytlin and Taehyung starting a family.
The rest of the car ride was mostly jokes and singing a lot the music that played in the car.
We finally had pulled up to Jins, unbuckling myself, getting ready to walk out of Jimins car.
"Here I'll walk you." Jimin got out with me, walking me up to Jins front door.
Before I walked in, I stopped and turned around facing Jimin who was quite calm with his hands in his pockets.
"I had fun hanging out with you today." He smiled, hearing me say that.
"I'm glad, but I should go. I'll see you later." He smiled starting to turn around to walk away, but I stopped him before doing so.
"Jimin, lisen." He gave me his full attention, walking back to his original spot he was just in.
"Back there, when you said you loved me.. I'm not saying things for us are over for good, but I do feel strongly for you, and I know you know that and I'm sure everyone else knows that. They just don't say anything, but I may not be able to say those words to you today, but I want you to know how much you mean to me. I'm happy you came back, a much better person." He was smiling, looking down trying to hide the fact he may be blushing.
I walked over to him pulling him in to a tight hug, wrapping my arms around his neck as he wrap his arms around my waist.
"God Jimin, I really did miss you." I hugged even tighter feeling him nuzzle his face between my neck and shoulder. I knew he was smiling from the heat I felt from him against the skin I was revealing,
"I really missed you to y/n."
