My Feelings (Monika x Sayori)

The Doki Doki Literature Club!

Monika and Sayori decided they would go to school the next day. The teachers asked them why they were absent and both of them said that they had had a rough night with about 1 hour of sleep, so they decided to take the day to get their brains back in order. The teachers said it was okay, but for them to never do it again. Considering they all had about 2 weeks left of their senior year, it was pretty unlikely that it would occur again. Then it was time for the club. The most exciting day of the year for the four girls was the next day. And they were ready. "I was up all night two nights ago making the posters."Yuri said. "Thank you, Yuri, these look great!" Monika beamed. "You're welcome." Yuri went over to read, but found it hard because she could barely hold her head up. "Hey Yuri, you look like you can't keep your eyes open, why don't you take a quick nap, while we figure out the next preparations." Yuri didn't even answer, instead, her head banged on the desk, and she was out. "What the hell happened to Yuri?" Asked Natsuki, who was organizing Manga in the closet. "She was tired, and passed out." "Oh ok." Natsuki called back. Sayori was also asleep at a desk. Natsuki and Monika, for 3
hours, discussed anything and everything they could about the festival and what other stuff they might want to check out there. It was now 7PM. Natsuki and Monika decided to wake up the two sleepers.

Natsuki POV
I knew Yuri was a very deep sleeper, bur right now, this could be near impossible. I tap her lightly and say her name and she jolts up and screams, "I'M SORRY I DON'T WANT YOU TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!" I looked at Yuri, who was red as a tomato. "Oh...it wasn't real, thank god." Monika looked over at me, signaling a "is she okay?" I nodded. "C'mon Yuri it's seven, you should go home, even though I don't really care what you do." I said, in a tsundereish tone, still clearly showing that I was worried for her. Yuri nodded and headed out. I said bye to Monika and followed suit.

Monika POV

I shook Sayori awake and she said, "...Five more weeks..." "C'mon Sayori, it's late, you should go back home, I'll be there in an hour. I have to finish cleaning up." Sayori slowly and groggily stood up and walked out the door. But then came back. "Uh...how do I get home?" I guess I forgot she loses sense of direction when she's tired. "Don't worry about it just sit down and we'll leave together." "...ok."

"Don't worry, everything we do from now on will be together." I said, almost as if I was reassuring myself.
