After ten years Izuku Midoriya has gained a lot of skills...However he realized that serious repetition would be needed in order to level up his skills.

IZUKU POV
I hit my blaring alarm and opened my blinds to see the bright morning sun. "Man, it's a beautiful day." I say as I run to the bathroom and take a shower, brush my teeth and dry my hair. I run out the house yelling "Love You, mom" "You too ZuZu" my mom calls out. I run out the house and take my skateboard out of my inventory box. I stop as I see a guy with a giganticifaction quirk smashing the city, I see a crowd and I push myself through to get a better view.

Out of the corner of my eye I see Kamui Woods Quirk: Lumber Level:20 pop up. He uses the wood coming from his body  to swing onto the construction structure. "That's Kamui Woods, he's a really good up and coming hero."
"Hey, kid you know you sound like a fanboy"
"Most definitely. I love all heroes." Just as Woods was about to use his Lumber Prision a large woman came in with a devastating kick to the guys face knocking him out instantly. Everyone there was stunned. She announces herself as Mt.Lady and makes puns about her butt which I chuckled at while I wrote down some notes. Suddenly I get a notification saying "Due to repeated actions Obsetvation has leveled up."
"Nice." I say fistpumping the air.

I get to school and see my friend Kacchan. I pull my notebook out of my inventory and start writing. My ears perk up when I hear the teacher "So who's going to UA High" I raise my hand without looking up from my notebook.

Suddenly a notification box pops up "Due to repeated actions you've learned a new skill"
Listen Closely Lv 1
(An action made after trying to listen in while doing something else. Can hear from 20m)
"That's pretty cool." I say to myself.
"I'm sorry, Izuku what's pretty cool?" The teacher asks.

Still in my notebook I answered him "I just learned a new skill with my quirk, so now I can hear you perfectly without even looking up"

"Hey Kacchan." I call over.
"Sup, nerd"
"We need to train for UA, cause I'mma be honest I think we're the only two in this school capable of being accepted. And that's not coming from arrogance but that the entrance exam is the hardest to get into."

With some jeers I get determined looks from others.
"Alright Kacchan you wanna start training tomorrow?"
"You got it nerd."

As I walk from school, I get a quest box appearance:
Mom and Mitsuki Bakugo want snacks for their movie girls night out.
Reward:300EXP $100 Penalty: Disappointment from mom & Aunt Mitsuki. Possibly a slap to the back of the head.

I practically stab the Yes button after reading that last sentence getting flashbacks.
I start to walk to the store and start to train my Observation skill to level it up by people watching. I see a short kid with purple hair in the form of grapes trying to get into the adult magazines.

"Observation." I whisper.
Looking in his direction I see his Character Information card in front of me.
Name:Mineta Minoru

EXP: 3/3,000
Quirk:Pop Off
Quirk Description:Minoru's Quirk allows him to produce and pull ball shaped objects from his head. The duration of its adhesive quality is determined by his overall health. He can pull a large amount of these objects from his head;
Quirk Penalty:If overused, it can cause bleeding from his head.

I grab the candy as the "Quest item has been attained" screen pops up.
As I leave I see a guy almost skeletal but that's not what intrigued me. I couldn't see what his name, level or quirk was as they were all blocked by "???"
I grab my skateboard from my inventory as I make my way home. I decided to take the shortcut today. Suddenly a red pop up screen flashed saying "Bloodlust has been sensed." I cut from my skateboard as I'm grabbed from behind by a slime monster. Thanks to the gamer's mind I'm able to keep calm in this otherwise terrifying situation.

I do the only think I can think of...clawing the crap out of it. Through the repeated action I get a new skill Tear off. I put 3 of my 15 points into strength thinking it might help. I use the Tear Off skill 5 times to get free. Luckily thanks to my Listen Close skill I heard "Detroit Smash" I immediately grab the closet thing towards me for dear life.
"Thank you, All Might" I say, bowing

"Never fear for I am here." All Might says. "Say young child, may I ask for your help with this villian?"

"Yes of course."
Being handed a 2lt soda bottle we suction up the villian. "Well, thank you young child...hey how about I give you my autograph. " he says pulling out a pen from his pocket then my notebook. Just as he's about to take off I grab on to his leg. All Might notices me being propelled. Through the journey in the air I get a notification Wind Resistance Lv1.
Level up.
Level up.
I hear All might curse under his breath. We land on a building not long after.

We land and I take a pause to catch my breath. All might turns around ready to take off again. "Wait, please!"

"Its nice that you're a fan but I really need to go."
"Please wait."

I look up and see a lot of smoke in front the man from the store from earlier. "All Might? Is that you?" I ask looking at the skeletal man.

"Yeah kid I'm All Might." He says with a bunch of blood coming from his mouth.
"Damn, if I had a healing skill I could help him" I thought.
"How are you like this? Usually you're much bigger in stature?"

"You know how people at the pool will flex by sucking in their stomach? It's kinda like that."
"That makes sense in theory. But I really want to help him if possible."

"Sorry it's just you normally save people in that giant form of yours saving people with a fearless smile it's such a shock right now."

"Heh, theres a lot of fear behind that smile." The man says giving a hollow chuckle. "I'd hope that you would keep this quiet, dont go sharing this on social media or with your friends or anything like that.

He lifts up his shirt revealing a gruesome scar that made my stomach turn even with the Gamer Mind. Looks like his torso was caved in somehow.  "I got this scar about 5 years ago. My respiratory system is pretty much fried. All the surgeries have worn me out and the doctors said I cant be fixed. Right now I can only do hero work for about 3 hours a day. When I'm not doing hero work this is what I look like."
"I dont care how, i wanna help him." I think...wait 5 years?"

"Wait, was that the one against Toxic Chainsaw?" I asked.

Heh, you know your stuff kid, but nah. I made sure to keep this one under wraps. This is a villian no one knows about and I want to keep it that way. It's like you say I'm the symbol of peace. I smile big and bright to keep from the fear I feel behind it. There are a lot of different types of villains out there
I dont know your family life kid but what's your quirk?"

"Its known as The Gamer. Any task I do through repetition can become a skill that can be leveled up, one of which can view a person's name, quirk and level above their head in the form of a HUD like a video game, hence the name 'Gamer'.

All Might's eyebrow raises in amazement. "That's quite an impressive quirk, kid. With that kind of quirk I think if you were to study different activities and level them up as you say you indeed could become the #1 hero however I have no possible clue about your familial problems. That's a road that i have no right crossing not knowing you. With that being said to become the #1 hero you need to be prepared for anything and everything or you could end up like me. I dont know what kind of man your father is but if he's a good man then I believe you'll find him." He says he stands up making his way for the door of the building we landed on.

I look at my hand and think that I might be insane but I want to help All Might. I clench it as I put my father to the back of my mind and lock it up for now.
