One month later
Elton's POV
I've been to see Diana as much as possible. I've seen her about 4 times a week. She's such an interesting girl I'm going to be able to actually bring her home tomorrow! I still haven't told the roommates. I know I know I just I don't know what to say. I texted them and told them could they come down to the living room. I'm currently sitting on the couch nervously fidgeting with my hands. A few minutes pass and everyone had come downstairs. Once they are all there I stand up.
"So what's all this about Elton?" Sam asks walking in the room and sitting on the couch with everyone else.
"Well I'm gonna start off with saying that I don't want my decisions to affect how you all you want to live your lives so if you're uncomfortable with what my....new life decision I'll move out." I say stumbling over my words
"What the fuck are you talking about Elton?" Colby says looking at me with a confused face
"Yeah what are you talking about? Jake says equally confused
"Tomorrow I'm going to bring home my adopted daughter." I say sort of blunt worried about what their reaction will be
"Elton, man I'm honestly happy for you!" Corey says supportively
"Yeah I mean good for you!" Aaron says sounding a little shocked but supportive
"Looks like we're the uncles now!" Sam says laughing
"Damn..wait how old are they?" Jake asks
"Well her name is Diana she's 15 and the cutest girl ever!"
"Yay another girl in the house!" Devyn says with a smile
"So were just gonna fucking pretend like this is fine?!" Colby says sounding angry
The room goes silent. I decide to break the silence.
"I really don't want to be an issue I'm fine with moving if I need to."
"Do you wanna move?" Corey asks
"Well I mean no I love living here with all of you. I just don't want this to be an issue."
"I'm fine with you living here with her." Sam says shrugging a little
"Me and dev are fine with it. Right dev?" Corey says looking at me and Devyn
"Of course I WOULD love to have a another girl here!" She says with a big smile
"I mean I'm kinda cool with whatever. I mean I do have a few questions or whatever but yeah I'm cool." He says shrugging
Colby lets out an annoyed breathy laugh "whatever." He says and leaves to his room
"What should I do then?" I say dragging the o out a little
"Stay in the house with her for at least a week!" Sam says pleadingly
"Yeah come on Elton!" Cory says with puppy dog eyes
I laugh and say "Fine just don't make that face again!"
"Oh what face This one IS This the face Elton?" Corey says says getting closer to me
"Corey fucking stop!" I say laughing really hard and starting to run
"COME BACK HER ELTON!" Corey says chasing me
————————two hours later————————
"Night guys!" I say into the living room before walking into my bedroom
"Night Elton!" They all say back
I wonder why Colby was so upset? Maybe I should talk to him. No I need to sleep tomorrow's gonna be a big day! I'm gonna be a dad. IM GONNA BE A DAD.
