Chapter 10

Making a wall against him

After Perth got out of Saint's house, a minute pass and Saint came back to the terrace. He was thinking on why Perth wasn't there anymore, but he thought that he may have had to get something from his room, so Saint sat down, ate the chips while waiting for Perth to come back. It was a long time, before Saint finally called out for Perth, but no one was responding so he texted Perth.

"Where are you?", he texted.

PERTH'S POV

After I saw all those screenshots, I felt so confused so I left Saint's house. I am now at the bathroom, I don't know but I go to the c.r whenever I have issues. I don't really know what to do, what to feel, and what to think, after I saw those screenshots. Was he playing with me? How dare he do that to me? I don't know but I feel much sadness that anger right now. How could he play with my feelings? Did he do it intentionally? Whatever his reason is, one thing is for sure, and that's the fact that he's hurting me so much right now. I'm over thinking now and I don't know what I should do, then my phone got a message. I opened it, and saw Saint's name appear on it. I clicked on his message and saw this "Where are you?". I don't know if I should respond to him or not, but what I did was so disrespectful, going without saying goodbye. What should I do right now? Should I just ignore his text? But maybe his waiting for me to come back. Okay, I should text him back, but what should I say to him? Should I say I know now the truth that's why I left? or should I just like and make excuses? My mind is in chaos right now, and I am not liking it.

"I had to rush home because my aunt gave me errands to do", I texted back.

I don't know, but it's the only excuse I can think of. I'm not sure if he'll believe me, but I wish he will. Then, a text arrived, "Okay. Let's just hang next time". Hang next time? Are you being serious? I know everything now, like how can I talk to you without awkwardness now? And another thing, I'm quite mad at you, so how do you even expect me to still talk to you?I don't really know what to do right now. I'm all messed up.

THIRD PERSON POV

It has been a week since Perth knew Saint's secret. They have not been seeing each other because Perth is avoiding Saint. It was not an easy thing to do because they go to the same university and their houses are just a step away, so Perth really made an effort to shun Saint. He has been very conscious on everywhere he goes because he's afraid that Saint might see him, and he doesn't want to be in an awkward situation. The first week of "getting away from Saint" worked out really well for Perth, but the following became arduous. Saint started texting Perth on hanging out together but for some deceiving reason he gets out of it.

Saint: "Hi Perth"

Perth: "Oh hello Saint"

Saint: "Where have you been. I haven't seen you for like, a week now"

Perth: "I have just been busy with all those stuffs in school"

Saint: "Oh. Is that so?"

Perth: "Yeah. That's it"

Saint: "Should we hang tomorrow?"

Perth: "I'm sorry but I have to do something tomorrow"

Saint: "How about the day after that? Are you free?"

Perth: "I can't really tell when I'll be free. I'll text you when I am"

Saint: "Okay. Bye"

Saint was feeling a bit uneasy about the situation because for the past months he have been hanging out with Perth like everyday or they greet each other everytime they meet. He knows that Perth is busy, what he can't understand is that how come he haven't seen him when they are just in one school, and why are the windows in Perth's room are close. Nonetheless, he thinks that he might be overthinking thing because he just miss Perth.

Days pass but Saint still hasn't hang with Perth. He sees him in the campus but Perth doesn't seem to notice him, so he kinda feel sad because of it. Saint's routine became school then house because he has no one to hang out with. He became lonesome because of that. Because he is to above, no one dares to get near him or try to befriend him. While the campus was busy, Saint was just sitting while watching the cheerleading team practice for next week's event. But while eveyone was busy, one student just transferred to their school, he was Jin Vladimir.

Jin Vladimir is the grandson of the owner of the school. He has such a bad boy look, but he has a very good record. He is a hunk dude which such a fine look. He is in the same grade as Perth. He is an open bisexual but his family is against it. He usually don't care about anyone but one person was able to do that.

When he first stepped in the campus ground, the first thing or should I say person that caught his attention was Saint. Saint was just stting in the bench drinking his pink milk while Jin was getting stunned because of him. Jin was stunned to Saint for quite a while but then someone approached him. Jin was still out of the world when that someone slapped his shoulder.

"Ouch! What the actual fuck", exclaimed Jin.

" Sorry. I've been trying to get your attention for quite a while now, you know.", said Peter.

"Oh hey bro! How have you been?", said Jin while hugging Peter.

" It's nice that you decided to study", said Peter.

"What can I do? It's what dad wants me to do", said Jin.

" Poor you, but that's okay because you have me here. You'll surely enjoy studying here", said Peter while laughing controllably sarcastic.

"Yeah. I guess I'll enjoy it here", said Jin looking at Saint.

" Who are you looking at", said Peter while trying to know who Jin is looking at.

"Who is that?", said Jin pointing at Saint.

" Oh! You mean Saint?", asked Peter.

"Is his name Saint?", rhetorically asked by Jin.

" Yeah that's Saint. The famous Saint", said Peter.

"His famous? But why don't he have friends around him there?", asked Jin curiously.

" Well, he's really a catch. He came from a great family and he is good looking but he's quite weird", narrated Peter.

"Why is he weird though?", asked Jin.

" He a mysterious dude and he doesn't really like socializing", said Peter.

Jin walked towards Saint.

"Hey! Where are you going?", shouted Peter.

" Psssh", sounded Jin.

He walked straight to Saint, and when he arrived there, he stand in front of Saint and introduced himself.

"Hi. I'm Jin"

Then Saint just looked at him awkwardly while nodding his head. And after he looked up, he got his focused back to watching the cheerleaders. So Jin just sat next to Saint.

"Why are you alone?", asked Jin trying to get Saint's attention.

" Well, I just want to be alone", answered Saint trying to make Jin uncomfortable.

"Oh. Is that so? What's your name?", asked Jin.

" I'm Saint", said Saint.

"Oh. That's a cute name", said Jin in a flirting way.

Saint just look away from him feeling a bit uncomfortable to the way he spoke to him. He get his focused back to watching the cheerleaders practicing while Jin just stayed to his post and just keeps on watching Saint and the cheerleading team consecutively. While they were there sitting together, Perth was passing by and saw them.
