chapter seven

(Same day, In the afternoon)
(At hospital)

"All ready?" Finn asks as he gathers everything he and Clarke had in the room into a bag as Clarke changes in the bathroom

"I'm ready." Clarke says forcing a smile with tears in her eyes as she walks out of the bathroom

"Hey, what's wrong?" Finn asks as he puts the bag on the bed and walks over and hugs Clarke

"I didn't want to go back on that medication. I don't want to have to explain anything to anyone. It's just too much for me to handle... I don't... I don't know... I don't know what to do..." Clarke says as she starts to hyperventilate

"Hey, Hey, Hey, it's okay. Everything is going to be okay. You're only going to have to take the medication for a few months. Nothing bad is going to happen when you take it. You don't have to explain anything to anyone and nobody is going to bother you about it. I'll make sure of it." Finn says holding Clarke's hands in reassurance that nothing bad is going to happen. Clarke is looking down with a sad smile because of how loving Finn is.

"Thank you Finn." Clarke says with a sad smile as she looks up at Finn and she finally calms down fully

"Finn, can I ask you something?" Clarke asks as she Finn finishes getting the stuff together

"You can ask me anything babe." Finn replies as he puts the final things into a Clarke's bag

"Did Raven ever tell you that he was back when you guys would occasionally talk?" Clarke asks looking down hesitantly

"I was just as surprised as you were when Bellamy walked into the house, she never said a word about it." Finn says to Clarke with reassurance in his voice and that made Clarke feel at peace. That she was not the only one in the blue about this situation.

"Now how about we get you home?" Finn asks Clarke as she has now calmed down

"Yes please ." Clarke says with a relived smile because she finally gets to see the kids again. They sign the release papers and leave for their home.

(Same day in the afternoon~ Octavia, Raven, Harper, and Emori are hanging out at Octavia's house~Shaw, Murphy, and Monty are at work~Lincoln is out getting food for dinner~Bellamy stayed in his room that he still has at Octavia and Lincoln's house~Tavia, Jon and Riley are napping.)

"Do you think everything is going to be okay?" Octavia asks anxiously as they all sit in her living room

"She is going to be just fine. She's always been strong, sometimes stronger than us combined." Harper says looking around the room

"Yeah." Octavia nods in assurance

"Speaking of which, shouldn't she be released soon?" Emori says as looking at the time on her phone

"She should. Let's just give her some time though." Raven replies to Emori

"Yeah. Maybe it's better until she comes to us first." Octavia says to the girls

"Yeah." Raven, Harper, and Emori reply in unison

"Hey O, where's Tavia's bottle?" Bellamy says walking down the stairs while cradling Tavia as he walks into the living room

"It's in the microwave. Make sure it isn't too hot before you feed her." Octavia says to Bellamy before he walks out of the room

"Thank you." Bellamy says as he walks to the kitchen

"He's been helping out alot with Tavia today, huh?" Raven asks shocked

"Yeah. He normally doesn't help out this much. Maybe it's with everything with Clarke and the kids, he's probably just trying to get his mind of it." Octavia says with a smile knowing that Bellamy is such a big help

"You know with all this stuff that just happened I don't think I'd be able to work. At least we got the day off to make sense of everything. Monty wanted to, but he's working on this big project that he spent the last month on. It's the second and last one that he'll do this year. But you know I'm not complaining, it brings in way more money than my teacher salary ever will" Harper says to the three girls

"Is that the only reason he's been working on these big projects? Because it brings in more money." Octavia asks hesitantly when she see's Harper looking down

"He's trying to get more money so we can afford one more round of IVF. If this round doesn't work than we decided that were going to adopt." Harper says looking up with a sad look

"Hey it's going to be okay. This happens all the time to do many girls." Octavia says as she comforts Harper as she starts to tear up. All the girls start to tear up

"Yeah, but it's just so hard. I see you guys as amazing mother's with such adorable kids and then I realize that I might never get that." Harper says with tears starting to run down her face

"It's okay. The time will come for you and Monty to have children. It will happen. I have a good feeling that this round will work." Raven says as she goes over to hug Harper

"Thank you guys for helping me out. You guys make this so much easier for us." Harper says with a sad smile as she wipes her tears away

"You are always there for us. Now we will always be here for you." Emori says with a sad smile as do the other girls as they all hug eachother. Their little moment is interuppted when the door bell rang

"Octavia! Can you get the door please?" Bellamy calls from the kitchen after the doorbell rings

"Yeah, I'm coming." Octavia shouts from the living room as she heads to the door and wipes her tears away. She checks in face in the mirror next to the door and see's she looks semi-normal and it doesn't look like she's been crying

"Hey." Clarke says softly when Octavia opens the door

"Hey... Hi Clarke, is everything okay?" Octavia asks shocked and confused. Everyone is also shocked that she is here.

"I need to talk to him. Is he here?" Clarke asks softly

"Yeah... Bellamy!" Octavia turns into the house and calls for Bellamy. Within seconds Bellamy walks to the door while cradling Tavia. This hurts Clarke inside because he was such an amazing father to Aurora when she was a baby

"Hey..." Bellamy says hesitantly when he see's Clarke in the other side of the door. During this time Octavia had taken Tavia from Bellamy

"Can we talk?" Clarke says softly

"Yeah. Sure " Bellamy says as he walks out the door

"Can you give us a few minutes?" Clarke says to Octavia. Octavia nods and closes the door softly. For a few seconds Clarke and Bellamy stand there silence before Clarke begins to talk

"Why did you leave?" Clarke says straight to the point. Not in an angry way, but in a way in which he knows she wants the absolute complete answer.
