This was it, this was the day that Tom came back home. He was supposed to be there around 3:00pm because Harrison was driving him home from the airport. Jo had been up and ready since 11:00am. She had curled her hair, put on light makeup. That was all the effort that she was going to put in though.

Instead of dressing up, she had on the shorts that she slept in and another one of Tom's hoodies. She made a note to take a few with her when she went back home. It was now 2:45 and they were going to be here any minute.

They all made a plan about how to surprise him and they hoped it would work. Jo was going to stay with Tess in Tom's room and Dom would tell him to go up there to check on her. The only thing that was unpredictable was how Tessa would act.

Nikki and Jo ran through the plan one more time before she sent Jo upstairs. It was already 2:58 and they would be here any minute now. Jo walked up the stairs with Tessa trailing close behind her. They went into Tom's room and shut the door.

Jo flopped down on his bed, her heart racing, and Tessa jumped on top of her licking her face. A few minutes later, Jo heard Tom's voice greeting his family and asking where Tessa was. She quickly started to pet Tessa and kiss her when she heard his footsteps come up the stairs. Jo went silent and that was when Tessa decided to jump on her and lick her face causing her to laugh really loud.

Luckily Tom had already opened the door so it didn't ruin the surprise.

"Anna!?" Tom asked, not believing his eyes.

"The one and only, Tommy" she smiled before jumping on him to hug him.

"I can't believe you're here, when did you get here!?" He questioned her again.

"Uhh two days ago?" She pretended to think when he put her back on his bed.

"You've been with my family for two days and no one told me!!" Tom yelled.

"Yeah, I think that's what I said. I love them already!" She gushed.

"I still can't believe it, oh my god" he grinned at her and sat on the bed so he could pull her into him.

"I mean I could always go back home..." she dragged on.

"Absolutely not, you're gonna stay here and cuddle with me all day." He leaned back causing them to lay on the bed.

"Fine with me" she cuddled further into his side.

Tom took notice of what she was wearing, "is that my hoodie?" He asked.

"Yeah, I can take it off if you want..." she teased him.

"Later," He winked, "it looks better on you than it does me anyway"

Jo noticed Tom yawn, "Did you sleep at all during your flight?" She asked.

"I slept maybe two hours, so I'm really tired." He answered.

"Go to sleep then, babe" Jo told him.

"Only if you stay and take a nap with me" he demanded.

"Well....I was going to go get ice cream with Sam but we can do that later" she smiled.

"Good" He said satisfied.

They moved further up into his bed where the pillows were. Tom laid on his back and Jo curled up by his side, half laying in his stomach. With a bit of thinking, Jo started talking to Tom.

"Hey Tommy?" She said to him.

"Yeah love?" He asked.

"I don't think I'm in like with you anymore.."

His heart dropped but he didn't want it to seem like it phased him.

"Why's that?" He asked cautiously.

"Because I know I'm in love with you" she looked up at him. "I know it might seem too soon but I've never felt this way with anyone. You can make my worst days turn into the best days of my life and I genuinely see a future with you. You don't have to say it bac-"

Her rambling got cut off by Tom roughly kissing her. "I'm in love with you too" He said.

Jo smiled and kissed him multiple times. "I love you, I love you, I love you!" She said in between each kiss.

"I love you too"

Those three words made Jo relax into him and slowly close her eyes. Eventually the three of them, including Tessa, fell asleep together for the first time knowing it wasn't going to be their last.
