"Babe, you have to get up," Daniel whispered.

Y/N looked at him, her whole body still, then looked back at the wall. He sighed and nodded. After the Derek incident happened she stayed in her room. It had been over 24 hours and everyone was getting worried.

"You have to eat, drink water, pee," Daniel said, "Something?"

Y/N just stared at the wall. Daniel stood in front of the wall.

"Is your bruise better?" he asked.

She shifted her eyes to his face, sticking out her arm. He carefully grabbed it and looked at her wrist, it had turned a nasty purple through the night and to the day.

"Do you need anything?" Daniel asked. She pulled her arm back and Daniel sighed, "Well you know where to find me."

He walked down the stairs, a concerned group sitting around the living room.

"Is she okay?" Jack asked.

"She's not talking," Daniel said.

"That guy was crazy," Anna said, "I could tell he was high from across the room."

Daniel nodded and everyone stayed silent for half an hour, they all just looked at eachother until they heard a noise at the stairs. They all looked up to see Y/N walking down.

"Hey," Zach said, trying to see if she was better.

She glanced up at him, then back down. She continued past them and into the kitchen. She walked out with a glass of water and sat down on the ground. Everyone looked at her as she sipped it.

"Are you alright?" Gabbie asked.

Another glance, but no words. Silence filled the room for another fifteen minutes.

"When he grabbed my wrist like that," Y/N said, "It reminded me of why I left. I always told people we broke up because he wanted to get better, but it was because I was scared." Everyone nodded, scared to speak to her. She looked around, waiting for a response. She sighed and got up, "Should've stayed in the bed."

She walked into the kitchen and back out, then up the stairs. Everyone just sat in the familiar silence now. A light step caused them all to look back at the stairs, instead it was Leilani coming down. Daniel stood up and picked her up once she reached the bottom. He carried her over to the couch and sat with her on his lap.

"Hey lovebug," he whispered.

"He hurt mommy," Leilani said back, "Because of me."

"No baby," Daniel said, "He's just not nice."

Once again footsteps caused everyone to look up at the stairs. Y/N was coming down once again, this time her clothes were different and she sat next to Daniel. Leilani reached over and wrapped her arms around Y/N.

"Come on baby," Y/N says.

Y/N pulls Leilani onto her lap as the little girl hides her face in her mother's chest.

"Are you okay mommy?" Leilani asked. Y/N smiles and kisses her daughter, nodding.

"I'm fine," Y/N says, "And I'm so sorry about earlier."

"Does this kind of thing happen often?" Keri asked.

"Mom!" Daniel scolded.

"No, no, no!" Keri said, "I didn't meant it how you thought! I just want to know if we should be calling the authorities, I don't want you guys thinking you have to deal with this alone."

"This is the first time," Y/N replies. Y/N looks back at Leilani and smiles, "And I'll make sure it's the last."
