9 ~ Is This Love?

You yawned as you rolled over in your bed as your alarm blared from your phone. You lazily grabbed your phone and you turned your alarm off while you sat up in your bed. You rubbed your eyes as you yawned still tired but soon all that exhaustion drifted away when you realized something

Doyoung had a surprise for you today. Yesterday you had spent the night talking to doyoung at the music store and he walked you home as he said you would both meet up early at the cafe.

With the excitement about wanting to know what the surprise was you quickly washed up and got dressed. You raced out of your apartment making sure to lock your door as you happily walked down the stairs. You then saw your friends waiting outside on the street

"hey mark, jaehyun, and jungwoo" you waved as you ran over to them "where is sicheng and lucas" jungwoo asked while you spoke "oh, they said they would meet us in the cafe, so let's go"

You practically ran down the street excited to see doyoung while your friends laughed at your clearly excited behavior

You soon saw the cafe and you walked in while you saw the two waiting at a table

"sicheng, lucas" you screamed but then your eyes fell to the floor, you gasped

THE FLOOR

It was still covered with flowers. Normally they would disappear within thirty minuets but they were still present

"taeil the flowers" you screamed in shock and taeil who was working at the counter looked up at you. A bright smile formed on his face as he saw you and he ran over with a happy expression

"I know, I was sadly waiting for them to disappear but then they didn't. I'm so happy, the place looks so cute"

You were still frozen and you were trying to process what was going on, they never stayed this long. You wondered why they were still here, maybe it was because for once you knew someone wanted them there.

Then doyoung smiled as he showed up beside you "surprise" he said with a large smile and you looked at him before looking at the floor again

You knew your eyes were probably very green, you were so confused. You paced around while trying to think of an explanation for the flowers but then doyoung held you shoulders. "now you can walk around in here freely, it's a good thing. Besides taeil is in love with it" you looked over and noticed taeil was staring at the cute flowers on the ground, they weren't even wilted when people stepped on them

"also that wasn't the only surprise, this is what I wanted to show you" then doyoung dragged you to the back of the cafe. You entered the kitchen but doyoung covered your eyes and you could here him slightly shuffling before he removed his hand. Your eyes widened at the small cake piece in front of you. It was beautiful and it had a little flower decorations, like a little flower trail

"what do you think I made it for you since taeil told me you love the cakes here. I decided to name it flower trail" you smiled and looked at the beautiful cake.

"it's amazing doyoung, I love the name" you laughed.

"good, I'm glad you like it" he smiled.

You both excited the kitchen while you held the small cake doyoung made only to see taeil practically pressing his face against the large glass window as he looked at the flower trail you made running to the cafe earlier

"look at that cute little flower trail, my child is so talented" he stated and you began laughing.

You noticed taeyong and jaehyun were sitting together holding hands and you internally squealed. Jaehyun had told you when you got home last night that him and taeyong had went on a date as soon as tayeong got of work, clearly it went well.

You sat down and gently placed your cake on the table. Jungwoo looked at the cake piece and his eyes widened "AHH it's so cute. I want one"

Jungwoo was admiring the cake but doyoung simply smiled "sorry only for y/n. Specially made" he said and jungwoo pouted.

He quickly made a small cake from ice and he grunted "fine I'll make my own" you laughed at how pouty he looked but you smiled happily as you looked at the ground. Maybe your powers weren't something to be ashamed of, it seems that a lot of people liked them.

You looked over at doyoung and he smiled at you. You felt your heart race but you smiled back, you were grateful that doyoung had found you that day at the park, you hoped he would stay by your side

"doyoung stop hogging all the snacks" you yelled from beside him on the couch. Doyoung had stayed by your side...literally. He was almost always with you but you didn't complain

He simply smirked and held the snack bowl so you couldn't reach it. You pouted and he instantly gave you the bowl with a smile

"well who can resist that cute face" you blushed and continued eating the snacks while the movie played.

You and doyoung were currently at your apartment watching movies. It had been three weeks since you met doyoung and you two hung out almost everyday. You would also visit the cafe almost everyday with your friends as well.

Jaehyun would go since his boyfriend taeyong worked there. Sicheng would also go because of his boyfriend yuta, they started dating two weeks ago and you were so happy for sicheng especially since yuta adored his powers .

Mark was always going to hang out with haechan and of course you went to see doyoung and taeil. Then jungwoo and lucas would always tag along since they simply loved going to the cafe. They had only been dating for a week but you almost passed out when jungwoo had showed up at your door a week ago while flailing his arms in panic.

Lucas had confessed his feelings for him and you simply watched as jungwoo iced your whole apartment as he was freaking out. Jungwoo eventually calmed down and he told lucas he felt the same but you would never forget how cold it was in your apartment for an hour while jungwoo was there

You were glad your friends were in relationships but you also had a problem with your own relationship. You heart started racing more and more around doyoung, you could help but want to be around him.

You wondered if you had feelings for doyoung...other than feelings of friendship. Doyoung turned to you and he kept staring at you

"what is it" you asked and doyoung smiled "I would rather pay attention to you than the movie, you're much more important" your face went bright red and you hit him on the shoulder. Even though doyoung would compliment you a lot or say these types of things you never got used to it

"that's so cheesy" you laughed while you tried to ignore the fact that your heart was beating faster
