Grizz (POV)
It had been about a week since the whole thing with Luke. I felt horrible about it considering this was the second time this has happened in the past couple of years. I've started talking more with him about what's going on, and it's helping. A bit. It still makes me uncomfortable to talk about my feelings around him. It makes me feel so weak. Even though he has told me a thousand times expressing what I'm thinking doesn't make me weak at all. I still feel like it does though.
I was sitting in Allies living room with a few other people when Harry suddenly walked through the door. All of us were a little confused how he got in with the guard at the front door but Harry didn't seem to care.
"Big news everyone. I'm having a huge ass party tonight at my place and your all invited." He said clapping his hands together.
Allie overheard what he was saying from the kitchen and walked in, "Really Harry, a party? We have better things to do before it gets too cold outside for anything."
Will cut in the conversation, "Yeah and not to mention you could have texted everyone this instead of showing up to their houses."
"Well if I texted people I wouldn't know if they were coming or not right away. Also I thought everyone could use a break from the working and chaos we've gone though the last few days." Harry responded back.
"So partying, getting drunk, and using drugs is your way of taking a break from everything?" Allie said with a questioning look.
"If you have a better idea let me know. Anyway come or don't come I don't care but everyone in New Ham is invited so you probably won't want to miss it."
Harry made his way out of the house but before he could leave Allie spoke up, "I thought you didn't like us, so why the invite?"
"Frankly I'm not going to notice any of you there." Harry said with a wink before he walked out of the house shutting the door behind him.
Allie turned away with a discussed look on her face. She walked over to the counter grabbing a cup of tea and slowly sipping it. We all stared at her waiting for her to say something.
"What?" She asked.
"It would be nice to have a break. And one night isn't going to kill us." Jason said.
Allie though about what he said for a second. All of us knew that she didn't like Harry; but with a bunch of people there she probably wouldn't even see him. Allie set her tea down on the table and crossed her arms.
"I don't care if you guys go, I don't own you. It's your decision."
Everyone in the room smiled. Allie was right. She may have a lot of power in the town but she doesnt own any of us. All the guys got up and left. Clark asked me if I wanted to come along so I did. We got in his car and drove back to Lukes house. Once we got there the boys and me just played video games. We had already beaten all the levels but decided to play them again anyways.
After all of us got bored from the games we ended up pre gaming before the party. Like always Jason brought the weed and Luke found what brews he had left. Clark disappeared for a few minutes. No one really I noticed, we were all too busy talking and drinking.
Clark ran back upstairs with a bottle of opened wine from Luke's dads wine collection.
"Dude what the fuck why would you open that!" Luke said holding his hand out.
"What it's not like your dad is going to care. He's not even here." Clark responded defensively.
"That's not the fucking point because if he does come back he's going to kill me."
"Look dude we don't even know if they are. So in the meantime I'm sure he wouldn't care if we had a bottle or two."
"No. Not happening." Luke said shaking his head. He went over to grab the bottle from Clark but he backed away before he could grab it. "Clark I swear to god put it back."
With that Clark took a huge swing of the wine before Luke could do anything. Luke didn't even try to grab the bottle but just watched him chug it. When he was done he handed the half drank bottle to Luke.
"Trust me you gunna want to try this shit." Clark said holding out the bottle.
Luke sighed and grabbed it from Clark. He took one sip and there was a light that went off in Luke's face.
"Well, I'm sure that my dad won't mind if we have a few bottles." Luke said hesitantly.
Me and Jason shot up and ran downstairs to the wine collection with Clark. We grabbed as many bottles as we could hold and ran back upstairs. By the time we were done with what we brought all of us had finished two bottles individually. The whole time we were drinking and laughing made us completely forget about the party. I looked over at the clock and realized it was nine and the party started at eight.
"Shit guys we got to go." Luke said slurring his words a little.
Harry's house wasn't too far from Lukes so we walked instead of driving. I could see everyone in the town was already there but we didn't care. We were all so fucked up it didn't matter to us.
When I walked through the door I could Barely move around it was so crowded. Luke immediately met up with Helena and Clark went to go over and talk to Gwen but she quickly walked away. Watching Clark get rejected from her again made me and Jason laugh. We made our way over to the kitchen to go grab some more drinks. While I we were walking some girl walked past us and grabbed Jason's shirt and pulled him with her. He turned his head around and gave me an apologetic look while continuing to walking with her. I laughed in response and shook my head making my way to the alcohol.
I grabbed a beer out a case and opened it. Out of the corner of my eye is saw Allie walk up to me. She looked wasted out of her mind.
"I thought you said you weren't coming." I said shouting over the loud music.
Allie swayed with a big smile on her face. "I never said I wasn't going to come. And I gave some though about it and this seems like a great way for me to get a little stress off my shoulders for a night."
"Well I'm glad you found something to get rid of all that stress." I said giving her a smile back. Suddenly Allie wrapped her arms around me and gave me a big hug.
"Did I ever tell you how much of an amazing friend you are? Because your the Bestis friend I've ever had." She said shoving her face into my chest. All of Allies weight fell onto me and I had to help pick her back up.
"Thank you Allie that means a lot to me." I knew she was only saying this because she was drunk, but it still made me feel good about myself. Hell Im the same way when I'm wasted. I shout I love you to everyone and everything I see. It could be a fucking plant and I would still say it.
Will walked up behind Allie and helped pull her off of me. Once she was up on her feet it looked like a sudden burst of energy sparked through her body. She gave me and Will a weird look and then ran off into the crowd of people. Me and Will looked at each other like we had now clue what just happened.
"Want a beer?" I asked holding one out to him.
"Nah I'm good, I have to make sure that one stays safe tonight." Will said pointing at Allie dancing.
"Yeah you might want to do that." I responded taking a large sip of my beer.
Jason ran right up behind me slapping the back of my shoulder. "Come on man it's a fucking party keep drinking!" He shouted at me.
I shook my head one more time before grabbing a can of beer shot gunning it right where I was standing. I finished the beer and threw it down on the counter not caring where it landed. I wiped my mouth with my sleeve and threw my arms up into the air.
"LETS FUCKING PARTY!" I shouted as I continued to grab more and more drinks.
