part 51

Slowly, i feel myself waking up. I put my hand on the back of my neck and rub it gently to ease the slowly fading pain. I sit up and look around, not sure of what happened. I look around, and im alone in my room.

Suddenly, all the memories of the night came flooding back.

Im gonna kill Kol!

I jump out of bed and rush out of my room. I go down the hall to see Nik in the corner of my eye, but I ignore him. I feel two strong hands grip on my upper arm. I try to keep walking to kick Kol's ass, but im not getting far.

Giving in, i turn to see Nik. "Easy, Thyst. I know you want to kill him, but you can't. Do you want to get out of the house. I'll explain everything." He says in a soft and calm tone. He knows I'm pissed off  and I do need to calm down.

Letting out a sigh, i reply, "ok, it seems like I've been dead for longer than i was supposed to."

Letting go of his firm grip, he tells me, " i will explain everything. Come on." Then we both calmly walk out the house and into town.

"Wait, so your mother is back. She wants to live like a big happy family, and you are not questioning it? Ok, well, i am just going to sleep at the Bording house because as much as i count you as family Nik, i can only take so many original vampires." I tell him.

He chuckles at my response and then replies "Yes and you are staying in your room at the mansion so i can protect you. I don't want anything happening to you. Also, we are having a ball tonight, but my mother would like to speak to you beforehand." He informs me.

"Ok, I'll stay, but im not staying in a room with your mother alone. You are coming with me." I demand.

"Ok, sure, anything else. Thyst?" He questions with a chuckle.

"No, that is everything. But what is up with your siblings. They seemed really angry, and as a result of that, i got my neck snaped. Im going to get him back." I say with an empowering smile on my face.

Before he could answer, a hybrid comes and says something to Nik. I dont bother listening to it, but when the hybrid goes, Nik is fuelled by rage.

Knowing what he was thinking, we both vamp speed back to the house.

Nik walks through the door and into the living room. I walk in behind him.

"You went after Elana." He states more calmly than what I would have thought . "What is wrong with you."

With a smile, Rebekah gets comfortable and says, "Hear we go."

"Do you want another dagger in your heart." Nik calmly threatens.

"Again with the dagger threats. Don't you have any other tricks."

I let the boys bicker and i go and sit next to Rebekah since she hadn't given me a hello hug yet.

Nik and Kol are now squareing up at each other. Rebekah fimaly truns to me and says, "Hello Thyst." He pulls her arms around my body and tackles me in a hug i can't get out of, so we both start to giggle and laugh. An older woman walks in and states with a raised voice, "Enough. Klaus, come." She looks at me and Rebekah still giggling when she says,"Amethyst, you too."

Rebekah instantly releases me, and like Nik, i follow her to another room.

"Rebekah wasn't even out a day before she tried to ruin my life. What happened to the piece? Acceptance? Family? " He questions her.

"You put daggers in their hearts. Do you want them to go down on their kneed and kiss your feel for reuniting them."

I start wandering around the room, looking at all the decorations, still listening to the conversation. I come to a stop when i come across a painting. A boys face. Half with fear and loneliness and the other half with fur and glowing golden eyes.

Every detail on the painting was perfect, not a single hair out of place. Someone breaks my thoughts when i feel a hand on mine. I feel pure coldness creep up my arm and a terrible feeling erupes in my stomach.

"Beautiful, isn't it." Easter says as she admires the painting.

Both Nik and I let out a chuckle. Ester has a slightly confused expression, but Nik informs her, "Mother, Thyst painted that."

Astonishment rapidly spreads across her face. I walk and stand next to Nik. As i get there, he places a gentle and playful arm across my shoulder.

"Yes, my little Banshee is very gifted. Arnt you?"he looks down at me when i feel my cheeks warm up. Looking up at his mother, he says, "Oh, you should see her dance or play the piano. Its executive." Nik keeps complementing as my cheeks start to inflame.

"Well, i need to go and speak to Rebekah because i dont have a dress."i pull away from Nik, and before anyone can say anything, i vamp speed to the living room where Rebekah, Finn, and Kol are.

"Hay Bekah. I need a dress." I say, and she has a devilish smirk on her lips. "No, you dont, there is one in your closet. While you were... sleeping, i got one for you."

"Thank you, Bekah." I bring her into a hug. We pull away, and i look at Kol and say, "You just remind me, Bekah..." i raise my hand and trist in. A snap sound is heared through the silence, followed by a big thus when Kol's dead nody hits the ground.

Bekah and Finn both look speechless. "I'll be getting ready. And when he wakes up, could you tell him to be careful next time he messes with a hybrid banshee with magic. Thank you." I say with a fake smile on my face.

I turn to leave to see Easter with an impressed face. I walk past her and to my room. I get to my room and close the door behind me. I look in my closet to see a beautiful dress and some matching ankle boots. (Her shoes are at the top with her hairstyle, and her dress is here. Hope you like it. Xoxo)



I have got changed in my beautiful dress and i have my boots on as well. I hear a knock at the door, so I say politely  "you can come in."

And the door opens, revealing Easter. She shows me a kind smile and says, "Would you like me to do your hair?"

I think for a few seconds, but then i nod. I sit on the trunk at the end of my bed while she takes a seat on my bed. I pass her my hair brush, and she gently starts to brush through my soft hair.

It was piecful and silent until she said, "Niklaus is rather fond of you."

"Yeh. I see him as my family since i dont really have one of my own." I say, looking down.

"It is ok to feel like that, my chiled. You are the same as Niklaus. You are both truly the only one of your kind, and that is a hard burden to carry." Then silence filled the room until she speekes again.

"While on the other side, i watched my children, but i recently started to watch you. I know what you went through as a child by your father. And everything thet they did to you when your pairents sent you away. I watched every moment of it, every cry for help, every pained scream and I feelt powerless. Just know that i am here now. You are safe." I was absolutely speechless. I turn to face her with a single tear slowly falling down my cheek.

She has guilt , sadness, and sympathy in her eyes. "I have finished, i will see you downstairs." She says, standing up, towering over to me and placing a gentle kiss on my forehead.

I hear her mutter something.

She walks away, and i try to get up to speak to her, but i feel really dizzy all of a sudden. I can't seem to focus my eyes, and before i know it, my legs have given way underneath me.

I feel someone catch me and gently tap my face while saying my name.
I slowly get better, and i realise Rebekah, Elijah, Nik, Finn, and Kol are in my room with worried faces.

"There we go, princess. What happened?" Rebekah says.

"I...i dint know." I mutter. Rebekah and Nik help me to my feet. I feel ok now. It was like I have no energy left, or more like no power...

Realisation clicks in my brain. Easter!
