Before they knew it two years flew by like it was nothing. The two boys growing closer and closer to the point were they, at one point, almost joined at the hip. Everyone in the village knew the two boys for their pranks and little goofs, but also for how they helped and provided for the village if given the chance. Of course they only provided simple things like apples and such from the forest, but they tried to help as much as possible.

Brian and Steve quietly sat on a large hill that overlooked their village and the gorgeous sunset. Both boys were given permission to go that far from the village because it was Steve's seventh birthday. Steve wanted to the see what the village looked like way up high and Brian knew were to take him.

Since it was the youngers birthday, Brian and the rest of the village were celebrating it with the boy. All day the two boys were allowed to goof off and do as they please. They, of course, had to finished their chores before.

The two of them goofed off and such so long, by the time they had climbed up the large hill the sun was already starting to set. Brian had apologized but steve was just happy to get to see the whole village bathed in all of the colors.

Though after watching the sunset for a few minutes Steve turned to Brian and just stared. All the colors of the sunset were reflected in his black eyes. The colors bounced off the glossy black so beautifully the boy couldn't help it really. The soft glow on his hair and skin was amazing to witness too.

The brunette had always loved his friends ink black eyes, he loved the was they seemed to glow when light shined off them. Steve knew that it was a bit strange to think anything about your friend a bit weird, but he couldn't help it. Brian was just too amazing to not think that about.

Steve looked away from his friend quickly, he didn't want to be caught staring again. Steve's tanned cheeks burned just a bit with a blush. He really needed to stop staring at Brian so much. His purple eyes scanned the view quietly.

The trees that encircled the whole village were covered in the beautiful colors from the sun. Even the houses seemed to glow with the gentle light that glimmered around them. Though the sight was amazing, Steve still loved the sight of Brian's shining eyes better.

The two of them scampered off the hill after the sun had set completely, leaving the two of them in the dark of the night. Though the boys didn't mind, they loved to run around the forest at night anyway. The both of them having had time to memorize the forest like the back of their hands.

When they got back to the church, they went in just to see that the place had been trashed from the party Wither had earlier that day. Steve sighed and went to get something to clean up the mess.

"I'll help you clean up, bud. I'll head home after."

Steve smiled and thanked his friend, "Thank Brian,"

The two of them had blue bins that they were putting the trash into. The job of cleaning the hallway and the living room was finished quickly due to the two of them. Since they got done so quickly Brian stayed for a bit to chat before Wither got back and he had to go home. They chatted till Steve brought up heros.

"You know Brian your like a hero, you know that?" Steve chuckled.

Brian raised one brow at the other boy, "How am I a hero?"

Steve grinned like the goofball he was and spoke with expressive motions, "You save me all the time!" With his crazy motions he listed off all the times Brian had saved him.

"Well If i was a hero I'd save other people too Steve... I only save you." He chuckled as he spoke.

Steve giggled, "My own personal Hero! My herobrine!"

Wither smiled from the doorway of the cleaned living room and with a chuckle he said, "Well 'herobrine' You should be getting home you mother is waiting for you at the door."

Brian grinned at him and started out the door, not without waving goodbye to the both of them.
