Chapter 5 (REWRITE)

My eyes were greeted by a room so fucking bright it made me regret opening them.  I then realized it was because the entire place was made of gold.

"Fuck that burns! Who even decides to make rooms so bright?!?" I yelled as my eyes slowly adjusted to the light

"Well, I think it looks awesome!" A very cheery voice said. It was Apollo dressed in a doctor's coat and checking my vitals on a monitor.

"W-wait did we win? Is Gaia dead...?" I asked, I tried to get up but felt a sharp pain all around my body.

"Chill lil cousin! You're on Olympus and yes, we did win. Especially after you destroyed Gaia." Apollo explained while setting me back down and healing me with a bit of his magic.

"I just did what had to be done—" I was cut short by a certain auburn-haired goddess.

"You're finally awake..." Artemis hugged me I tensed in surprise. Heck, even Apollo was surprised at her actions.

Am I going to die...? No, I don't detect any killing intent.
Actually, she smells pretty good...Like the forest and mint...Oh fuck what am I thinking?  She's a maiden goddess idiot.

"Please don't kill me or turn me into a jackalope" I squeaked out in fear

"Ha-Ha-Ha! Perce, you can fight your way through Tartarus and kill Giants and kill a primordial yet you're afraid of Arty!" Apollo laughed his ass off.

Artemis snapped out of her emotional outburst and let go of me.  Then her ice-cold demeanor returned and she raged on Apollo.

"First of all, I'm not turning you into anything. Second of all I'm here because the council is holding a meeting to reward all of the demigods. And lastly don't call me ARTY!" Artemis yelled that last part at Apollo.

"Oh alright let's go," I said and got up.  Why does it feel so drafty in here? I soon realized it was because of my naked body.

"Oh right, I forgot to mention that," Apollo smirked and I quickly grabbed the sheets to cover myself.

"I'll wait outside...!" Artemis quickly walked away while hiding her blushing face.

"Damn Perce! You trying to charm Arty with that body?" Apollo joked,
"Wait don't you have a girlfriend?"

I felt a pang in my heart and I looked down at her necklace.

"A-annabeth didn't make it out of Tartarus..." I managed to choke out sadly.

"I'm sorry for bringing that up...I know that feeling all too well." Apollo sympathized.

"I'll be fine...I made a promise to her that I intend to keep."

"Wait, you do know you're an immortal right?" Apollo said.

"Yeah."

"How did that happen? Was it while you were in Tartarus?"

"Yeah, old man Kronos had a change of heart. He was fading so he gave me his powers which I used to kill Tartarus and escape it."  I explained while dressing myself in some clothes he provided.

"Damn cuz remind me not to mess with you again...Father would probably try to kill you if he knew."

(Throne room)

I was sitting next to my dad's throne while watching all the demigods being rewarded.

Soon after all the cabin counselors were rewarded it was the heroes plus Thalia, Reyna, and Nico's turn.
