That night......

Saturday 8 pm

Pidge was walking home still unable to comprehend of what just happened at the ice rink.

So she walked home in silent with the phrase "I kissed him" repeating in her mind over and over again. Until she eventually reached her house.

"Hi sweetie? How was it?" Colleen asked coming down the stairs as she heard the door open. "It was good mom. But right now, I just wanna go rest. I'm gonna tell you in the morning." Pidge said as she dropped her bag on the couch.

She went upstairs and got ready for bed. And everytime a family member like Sam and Matt would walk by, she'd act normal. Tonight was her little secret.

Pidge closed the door to her room. She took a deep breath and she silently screamed! Squealed! She hopped around her room like an exited child going to disney land.

Mouthing "I kissed him I kissed him!!! I really actually kissed him!!!" She did'nt say any of these aloud. She does'nt wanna wake up the entire neighbor hood.

She stopped as soon as she flopped on her bed on her back. She had this light, air-like feeling. Like she was flying! It was something she never felt before. Was this love?

And it was amazing!

Right when Pidge was lying on her bed while in "the moment" she heard her phone buzz. She immediately grabbed it and expected it to be Lance.
But it was a message from Allura

"Hey Pidge! I just wanna know of how you are doing. I'm just bored."
The message said.
"I feel amazing! Wanna guess what happened?" Pidge texted back.

Pidge: Do you remember that boy I told you about?

Allura: I started to dance and sing. Like I always do when I hear it.

Allura: And then, the song ended and I took off my headphones. I turned around to see this really handsome man. He said I danced and sang really good.

Pidge: Let me guess, then you made small talk and you two got together.

Allura: Yup

Pidge: Does this "handsome man" have a name?

Allura: Lotor.

Pidge: Wow, I hope you two live happily ever after.

Allura: aww, Thanks Pidge. Also, can end this for now. I'm really tired

Pidge ended her chat with Allura. Happy for Allura to have a guy now. She's been wanting a boyfriend in forever. But Pidge had this gut feeling that Lotor was'nt the right one for Allura.

Allura likes to rush things a bit, especially relationships. But all Pidge could do now is hope she is in good terms with this "Lotor"

Lance was walkinh down the quiet, street-light-lit side walk to his house. He could've been alot like Pidge but all he felt was this blissfull feeling inside. It was like his heart was a feather dancing with the wind.

Once he got home, he instantly yelled "I KISSED HER!!!"
And sa he shouted those 3 words, which also echoed through the walls. His family came running!

(Timeskip to dinner time)

His family called over a celebration with a big feast! To celebrate that Lance finally has a girlfriend.
So much for a girlfriend.

Once the huge feast was over and everyone went home, Lance was laying on his bed staring at the roof, thinking of what pidge could be up to right now.

Until a message popped up. Lance instantly grabbed his phone, expecting it to be Pidge. But to his dismay, it was Keith. Though it was unusual for Keith to send him a message.

"I saw what you just did at the rink" The message said. Shoot. Did Keith really see everything!?!?

"WAIT WHAT?!?!?!?!?" Lance typed back

Keith: dont worry its not that big of a deal. I see people kiss alot in movies.

Lance: Well this is different! What were you even doing in the rink late.

Keith: I left my bag so I came to get it, until I came across you and her and decided to watch.

Lance: You keep your mouth shut about this ok?!

Keith: Sure dude. By the way, what was her name again?

Lance: Katie. But I call her Pidge.

Keith: Pidge? Oh yeah, I remember now. Well, time to catch some sleep. I'm tired.

Lance: Me too, night

Keith: Sleep tight.

Lance finished his conversation with Keith and he was ready to catch some sleep. He wanted to say a quick message to Pidge but figured that she might be asleep now.
