Today is high school graduation day. It also happens to be the day that I have to say goodbye to the love of my life. She would be moving across the globe and I would never get to see her again. She refused to tell me where she was going because she didn't want me to come looking for her but she told me it would be far far away. According to her I need to focus on my music career rather that focusing on her.
"Edwin Honoret" I heard a voice call. I walked up and grabbed my diploma and walked off. I put on a smile but the I saw her and my smile faded. I love her too much for her to leave.
All the names were called until they reached the end of the list.
"Josephine Zormani" They called. She walked on stage. There she was. The love of my life about to take her diploma and leave forever.
She walked up to the podium and began a speech that she was chosen to give.
"Dear class of 2019, I- "
Her words were cut off by a pound bang.

I watched as the love of my life fell to the floor, blood gushing from her chest.
It was almost like everything went in slow motion.
I ran to her not caring what other people thought.
I reached her and grabbed her so that she was lying on my lap
My gown was soaked in her blood
I brushed her hair out of her face.
"It's gonna be ok Josie. I promise you it will be ok." I said as tears began rushing out of my eyes.
I couldn't even feel the people running around me trying to figure out what to do. I only focused of Josephine.
"I love you Eddie" I heard her say
Her breaths were staggered until they were no more.
"Promise me you won't be gone too long my dear....... I love you Josie."
I held her in my hands until the ambulance came. They got her but there was nothing they could do. She had been dead 15 minutes before they arrived.
I broke down in tears. She was really gone.
"Don't be gone too long my dear"
Broooooo....... writing this made me cry real tears 😭😭😭😭
