Bio: He shares the responsibility as the personification of the city of Belgrade with his cousin Teodora. She represents the Serbian people, while he leans more towards the people of Yugoslavian descent. Like Prussia and his daughter Johanna, David and his mother did not disappear when their land was dissolved, but rather became part of Serbia's land and in a sense still share the responsibilities of the country. Due to the wars he lived through, he doesn't handle loud noises all too well, so when the meetings roll around, he wears special headphones that block out most loud noises, but still allow the person to hear what's going on.
