wedding day

I slept all day Thursday and woke up early Friday morning. I get up make some coffee and start to read the newspaper. My mom and Ray came down and looked surprised. " your up early Mackenzie" my mom said. " yeah can't sleep no more slept all day yesterday." I shruged. We ended up talking about my job, the bachelorette party, me living in LA, my new apartment.

Hours later I ended up getting ready for the rehearsal dinner. I ended up.putting a light blue dress with a brown belt at waist and my brown sandals. I leave my hair wavy and put natural makeup on. I drive my sisters cat since we won't have a ride home after the dinner since the bride and groom can't see eachothet til the alter.

I head to.the little church following ny mom, ray, and Kylee. She's not in it but she's coming to watch.

I head into.the church and saw my brother I haven't seen in ages. " Victor" I screamed running up to him and hugging him. I see his daughter Savannah and give her a hug. I haven't seen her since she was born. And she's almost four now. I talk to Victor for a little til everyone shows up.and the wedding cordinator starts pairing us up. I paired with the best man which is his brother Ryan. He's a little younger than me. Victor is walking my sister down the isle.since my dad passed away.

After the rehearsal at all went to this restraunt that just opened called Red

Wine and brew.

As we all take our seats all like 20 of us we all order and have a few drinks. Mike gives a little speech to his groomsmen and then my sister to.us bridesmaids thanking us.

"And to my sister. Wow time has flown huh. I want to thank you for everything you've done from my wedding shower to setting up that brunch with bridesmaids, to the bachelorette party, all.the way from across the country. I knew I picked the right MOH when I choose you. And you have completed everything perfectly. I couldn't ask for anything better. I love you and I have a surprise for you tommrow." She winks. Here I am crying. That was so thoughtful. She ended up giving me a Micheal Kors watch and it was engraved with  best friends forever, sisters for life. Couldn't ask for anything better.

As everyone was parting mikayla was saying good bye to mike. We get in the car and all bridesmaids were meeting us at mind house.to.all.have.a sleepovver.

I.pull into this little icecreame shop we used to go to when we were kids. She gives me a look. " one last time being single." I laugh. We head in there saying hello to the owners and ordering what we always do.superman ice cream.

The next day:

I wake up laying next my sister sprawled out all over the bed. " wake up.princess its your wedding day" I scream not to loud. She flutters her eyes open and smiles.

We got all the girls up and headed out to.get our hairdone. We stopped st Starbucks to grab coffee with hers as bride mine MOH and the numbered bridesmaids so they Wong mess up. We head to salon to get our hair done.

After that we head back to.the house to.get our dresses on. All the bridesmaids dress were the ajar expect mine. Theirs were short red with a black tie. Mine was black with a red tie. Well all wore red shows including my sister. As we finish we hope to the limo and head to the church with my brother.

The ceremony was gorgeousi.cried most the time. I couldn't help.it in so happy for her. Plus it brought back memories of when I was supposed to be married. But that is all in the past.

We take pictures and head to.different locations for more pictures. We open up champagne in the limo. And toast the newly married couple. She leans over and whispers. " your surprise will be at the reception.." she smiles. I have no clue what she is talking about.
