sunshinesupport: anxiety is one of themost common neurotic disorder, with an average of over 1 in 10 people being likely to have it. An estimated of 13% of adults have/will develop a specific sort of anxiety, known as a phobia at some point in their life. If you feel you are suffering from this disorder, do not turn to self diagnosis straight away because you never know what the real issue is. Try some steps (like the ones listed above) and see what helps improvement. Maybe even write it down. Conduct a small diary on it, write down what helps and what doesn't for future reference and to help others help you. If it's feeling serious and repetitive, try visit your local GP (do yall call it a GP outside of England idk). I love you all and you can always always talk to me. I'm not a professional but my DMs are always open if you need some help ♡
