Ch17: Problem

A/n: Before I begin, I would like to let you know that this chapter was written in advance. This is the first time I've done this. My reason is that I'm away today on a Dofe expedition and need to write in advance. So sorry if its rushed.

Miyako's pov

I sat in front of Tsukiyomi, watching him. I was worried about him. He was always sniffing around or twitching his ears but his eyes never focused on anything.

"Tsukiyomi" I called, leaning down so that my face was near him. He sniffed, catching my scent before placing his small chubby hands on my face, giggling slightly.

I lowered my ears with a frown on my face. "What's up with you?" Acno asked, walking up behind me. "I think there's something wrong with Tsukiyomi" I replied, lifting my head up. I caught Tsukiyomi when he fell from my face since he had still been holding onto it.

"How so?" Acno asked. "He doesn't respond to anything that he should be seeing" I replied. "He's 4 months old. Give him time" he advised me. "I have given him time. Watch this" I told him.

I got one of the little toys that I'd stolen from one of the old houses. It was a box of blocks that kids used to build things. I dumped them on the ground and placed Tsukiyomi on the floor.

He sniffed the air and twitched his ears but never once did anything else. Acno bent down in front of Tsukiyomi. No reaction.

"Hey there little Prince" he stated. That got a reaction. He moved both tails in happiness and laughed happily. "Maybe your right" Acno stated, picking up Tsukiyomi.

He looked him over with a concerned face. "Now that I'm actually looking at it, his eyes seem more of a pale sea green then a vibrant sea green" Acno stated.

I looked. "Your right. You don't think he's blind do you?" I asked. "Could be" Acno stated. "He'll still be a strong boy. I have faith in him" I smiled. Acno smiled and kissed my forehead which I let him do.

"Your amazing" he purred. I pulled him into a hug, catching Tsukiyomi with one of my tails when he fell. He tried to wrap his little dragon tail around my tail, snuggling into my tail.

I smiled, bringing him over with my tail. "He's such a sweetheart" I smiled, placing him in my free arm. Acno gave a quite laugh. "You both are" he mumbled into the top of my head. I laughed.
