Ch2: Conversations

Miyako's pov

I looked around the island, finding some fruit growing on one of the trees. I picked the fruit and headed back to my shrine. "Here" I stated coldly, throwing one of the fruit at Acnologia. I sat down on the blankets and pillows that were piled up as I ate some of the fruit myself.

"When I get these chains off, you'll pay" Acnologia snarled, tugging on the chains which rattled. "I'd like to see you try. I'm a god and your badly injured" u replied. He tensed up.

"Didn't think I noticed, did ya? Well I did. I smelt the blood and you were blocking your side in out fight when you could" I explained, stretching my arms. "I could stoll beat you. I'm a dragon slayer" Acnologia snarled.

"Good for you. I'm a god that killed every single human that lived on this island" I responded, twirling a strand of hair with my finger. "Your lying. Someone as small and scrawny as you couldn't destroy buildings, let alone kill" Acnologia laughed.

"I'm a kitsuen. I have an animal form which could destroy an entire kingdom, never mind a small island" I replied, looking at him. He was trying to break the chains on his wrist. I just watched, waiting for him to give up.

He eventually noticed that I was watching him and glared. "What are you staring at?" he snapped. "Watching you attempt to escape" I replied, standing up and walking over.

I used one of my tails to lift his chin to face me as I crouched down. "Your quite an angry human aren't you" I teased. He tried to hit me, standing up and attempting to kick me in the guy which I slightly avoided but got hit in the side as the chains clanger against each other.

I looked at him as he tugged on the chains again, trying to get them off. I looked at my side where a bruise was forming. "Don't touch me" Acnologia snapped.

I smirked and tripped him up with one of my tails and caught him, placing him on the ground. "Why? From what I'm seeing, I have the power and you don't" I replied.

He growled as I placed a finger over his mouth. "Ah. Ah. Ah. Let's not get angry Acno" I teased, using a soft tone. "It's Acnologia" he snapped, slapping my hand away. I stayed in my crouched position for a few minutes before going back to my nest. I lay down, my back to Acnologia as I closed my eyes.

I could here him pulling on the chains which was an annoying sound to here. I grabbed the nearest object that would hurt someone when I threw it and did so. The sound stopped and I looked over to find him unconscious.

I shrugged, figuring he'd sleep it off and lay my head back down, falling asleep.
