Chapter 16 - The Sleepover Is Over

Rose P.O.V

My eyes fluttered open, I tried to move but I couldn't. Why can't I move? I looked over to find Luke's arms wrapped around me. Whenever I tried to move his grip would get tighter. Last night came flooding back to me. I wonder what he thinks of me? He will most likely ask about the nightmare. Should I tell him?? No not yet. I tried to move yet again but I still could not. I started to poke him, but he still would not wake up. He is a deep sleeper. I got an idea. I slapped him across the face and he jumped up screaming. Well that did it.

"What the hell Rose. What was that for?" That did it.

"I just wanted to move, but you had this insane death grip on me. So I just had to wake you up. You wouldn't wake up by me poking you so then I slapped you."

"It's only eight in the morning on a Sunday!"

"I couldn't go back to sleep and I didn't want to just lay here. I needed to get up."

"Your point is?"

"You were holding me down but I needed to get up, then I got an idea to slap you and I did it. simple as that." He just seems so clueless.

"I don't get you sometimes." No one ever gets me. Lol

"I know, sometimes I don't get myself. Also I am a woman and we are very hard to understand." That's the truth.

"You got that right."

"You hungry? I'm starving."

"Yup" he said popping the P. He can be so cute sometimes.

We went down stairs and into the kitchen. "What do you want to eat?" it was hard not to stare at him because he was still only wearing his boxers. He has got one heck of a body. This is one mouth watering sight. I need to take a picture of this but I know I shouldn't.

"Like what you see?" I didn't realize that I was staring at him. I can feel my cheeks heating up. This is so embarrassing.

"Um....." I looked away quickly. "we have cereal, eggs, bacon, and more." I tried to change the subject, but it was a fail. I suck at talking sometimes.

"What do you like to eat?"

"I usually have some eggs with bacon on a bagel."

"That sounds good. I will just have that."

"I'm just wondering. But won't your parents be wondering where you are?"

"I texted them last night saying I was spending the night with Michael." he said bluntly.

"Ok" that was smart of him.

We finished eating our breakfast and started to clean up the mess we made with the eggs. That was a great and healthy meal. He got his stuff and I drove him home. I wish he could have stayed longer but his parents said he had to go. They even asked to pick him up but he had to say know so they wouldn't know that he was lying to them earlier.

I have been so busy with school. And I know that I promised that I would update yesterday but I couldn't with all that school work. But I got to stay home today because of a sickness and so I just had to update. Tell me what you think. Hope I didn't make you hungry. I now want my egg, bacon bagel it's the best. Love Ya
