Chapter 14 - Change

Rose P.O.V

I had a hard time sleeping that night. I kept thinking about that kiss. It was perfect. I haven't had much experience kissing people. I have only ever kissed James. He always said I was a bad kisser but I never had the courage to tell him off. Even though I probably was a bad kisser. But that is something you shouldn't say to your girlfriend. I'm better at telling people now. I have been thought well by my two best friends. The kissing thing I am still working on.

He is so cute with his little smirk. And that lip ring, ohh that lip ring. What is he doing to you? You? Don't you mean us were still one person. This is horrible. Why is it so bad? Just because it is. If you start to like him you will be miserable. How? You can, no will, get so jealous at how many other girls want him. Stop, I don't want to hear any more of this bullshit. I can do what I want. Why am I yelling at myself?? I have issues. Sometimes I can be so stupid and I'm not even a blond. (A/N not to offend any blonds reading this. It was just a joke and even though I am a burnet I have done many stupid things. I know some pretty smart blonds. Have fun reading) it's oblivious he is a player. No one can change him. He will probably dump you, I mean us. Stop being so negative. I'm so bipolar. After that little fight with myself I went to try again to sleep, I think I won the fight.

Luke P.O.V

I think she is starting to like me. YAY. Wow I sound like a girl. This is so exciting. It was around three am when I was woken by a loud scream. I know it was from Rose. I quickly ran upstairs and into her room. She was having a bad dream. I jumped on her thrashing body, and shook her awake. She stared crying on my shoulder. I tried to comfort her but obviously I am not an expert on cuddling. Once she calmed down I started to leave.

"Wait, Luke" she said with some sniffles. "Can you please stay with me tonight?"

"Sure thing" I got back into her bed and cuddled her. Until I heard her fall asleep; after that I fell asleep.
