Chapter 18 - Feelings

Rose P.O.V

I really feel like I should tell Luke how I feel. What if he doesn't have the same feelings? Then why would he have wanted to go out with you in the first place? I don't know, maybe it was a prank or he feels sorry for me. You will never know unless you try. Then it's settled. I will tell him on Monday.

Luke P.O.V

I HATE Mondays. It's so boring and everyone wants to sleep. We should have nap times just like the elementary kids. I went and did my usual routine in the mornings. This was that I walk into the school, go into the cafeteria, and sit at the very back table with my mates.

I walked into school and was about to go to my tables until I saw Rose being swamped by girls. I bet I did this to her.

"GIRLS, girls, what are you doing?"

One girl spoke up and said "We just wanted to talk to my new best friend, Rosie."

"It's just Rose" I saw Rose giving me a puzzling look.

"Could I talk to Rose for a minute?"

"Sure Luke" Sluts. I put out my hand for Rose to grab it, and she actually did. SCORE.

"Thank you Luke, they were weirding me out." Aww

"You're Welcome"

"So what did you want to talk to me about?"

"Well I didn't really need to say anything. But I saw that you need help. So I wanted to be your knight in shining armor."

"You're so sweet, I think. But actually I needed to talk to you." This can't be good.

"Go on....."

"I....I really like you" phew "but..." uh oh "I think we should take things slow. One date at a time."

"So what I am hearing is that you like me and you want to go on many more amazing dates with me."

She did that little giggle of hers that I love "Yes"

"Now I have to ask you something." What am I doing? I did not plan this.

"What is it?"

"Will.......Will you please by my girlfriend?" I can tell she is thinking really hard about this by her facial expressions.

"YES" That just made my day. I love Mondays now. I picked her up and swinged her around. We heard a bunch of awww's in the background. You can never get privacy in a school. I set her down and she was still laughing.

"I love your laugh" did I just say that our loud?

"What did you say?"

"I said I love you laugh." I whispered.

"Thanks, but what happened to taking things slow?"

"I'm sorry, it just slipped out of my mouth. I swear."

"It's okay, if it is any constellation I love your laugh to."

"Now were getting somewhere. We should go on another date."

"We Should?"

"WE SHOULD!"

"Where?"

"It's a surprise"

"But the last one was a surprise, so can this one not be. Also I would like to know what I should wear."

"Fine, I will text you the place and what to wear tomorrow. This is going to be fun. Our second date and now my girlfriend. This is great."

"HEHE, you're so weird and cute." I think I am in love but you can't be too sure.
