Chapter 99

Dust P.O.V

I was worried for Horror and what Betty was going to do to him. I was going to go over to save him but Fellswap got in the way as they pushed me back to Killer. We were outnumbered, and we panicked till a portal opened and Shattered walked out as hope for us came back for us. Nightmare and Geno walked out with Shattered as everyone went on guard, "Hehe....LET THE CHAOS BEGIN!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA" Shattered said as he started to attack everyone at the same time. Nightmare walked up to me, "Where's Horror?" He asked, "B-Betty kicked him into a b-building somewhere" I told him. Nightmare looked worried as he blocked an attack that was heading for Shattered, "huh? Thank brother" Shattered said as he continued to attack everyone.

Blue P.O.V

I began to get more aggressive at Shattered, as I charged at him and tried to hurt him. He dodged me and tried to stab me in the stomach till something or someone got in the way. It was Horror and Betty, Horror eye had an outline of Pink as I smiled. Horror stabbed Shattered in the tentacle with a blue bone, as they hit him for him to take damage from his bone, and his attack. "What the-?" Shattered was confused till they looked at Betty. Betty hair then started to turn more pink, "Let see if you can attack your own team mate?" Betty said as Horror charged at Shattered. It seemed that Shattered didn't want to fight him as Killer and Dust tried to stop Horror while blocking his attacks, "Horror what are you doing?!" Shattered asked ,"My job..." Horror said as they continue to fight Shattered. Outer, Ganz, and his Papyrus started to make bones fly from the sky. Once the rain of bones stopped I finally got a hit on Shattered. I was somewhat close to Shattered till Geno pushed Shattered towards me, so I could stab him in the stomach. It looked like Shattered could see this was planned, and needed to escape but that what we needed as well. Shattered needs to be far away from Killer, Dust, and Nightmare. Shattered pushed me as he grabbed me with his tentacle and slammed me on the ground and threw me at a nearby building. Horror then came behind Shattered with a hatchet, but Nightmare tackled Horror from hitting Shattered, then Betty jumped in the air and was planning to hit Shattered with there boot, but Shattered moved out of the way as he grabbed Betty with his tentacle. He them summoned his bow and arrows, and shot Betty in the chest and let them fall on the floor. Betty ripped the arrow out there chest as all there hair turned Pink. I didn't know how, but suddenly Betty had what looked like a replica of Shattered bow and arrows as he aimed and fired at Shattered at a rapid speed. Geno summoned a Gaster Blaster and stood on top of it, and floated over to me and picked me up. "Are you ok Blue?" He asked, "Y-yeah...we need to get Shattered away from here..." I told him as he nodded in determination. His eyes glowed blue and red as he charged at Shattered with an incredible speed and tackled him and teleported somewhere. I rushed over to Betty, "We need to find Shattered!" I told them as they took Horror with him and ran out of the crowd, leaving them. We saw Fellswap as he yelled, "Shattered near the tree!" He said as he teleported. I summoned a portal as Betty, Horror and I ran in, as we arrive near the tree. Shattered had Geno in there grasp, as they threatened to destroy the tree, "STAY AWAY OR THIS TREE IS HISTORY!!!" Shattered said squeezing Geno turning them red out of air. Fellswap was below the hill we were on, as he opened a portal and walked in it. "Shattered...let's talk about this" I said trying to reason with him, "Why should I?! Your just going to kill me!!" Shattered screamed at me as he accidentally squeezed Geno too much to the point where he passed out. Ink and Cross ran over and stood next to me, "Look, just let go of Geno...ok? Let them breath...ok?" I said begging them, they release his grip a little to the point where he could breath, "Now...walk away from the tree...ok?" I said, "N-no!" Shattered said. I could see that Shattered was staring at Horror while he was talking. I could see Geno take back consciousness as he woke up again. "W-waaaa?" Geno said trying to make sense of what's happening, "Look, don't do something that you'll regret...just walk away from the tree..." I said taking a step towards Shattered. They looked scared and worried looking back at Horror and me. Geno understood what was happening and said, "Don't take away Horrors' hope!" Geno said, Shattered looked suprised as I looked confused, "If you destroy the tree, he won't feel love... don't do this! If you do this what will you do when no one loves you!...not even Horror will love you!" Geno said as he looked more sad, "N...no...but he said-" "He loves you because the tree allows him to! But if you destroy it he will feel emotionless! Everyone will feel emotionless!!!" Geno said. He let go of Geno as he fell to the ground breathing heavily as I ran over to Geno. Shattered started to walk back slowly untill blue stings grabbed both of this arms attaching him to the tree as his body was stuck to the tree. Error reveal himself as we all walked up to Shattered as he started to cry and laugh at the same time. "KILL US!!! DON'T SAVE ME, JUST END ME SO HE WON'T COME BACK!!!" Shattered begged, but I wasn't sure if it was him. "KILL US! OR STAY AWAY!!!" They screamed. Ink wanted to give mercy, but remember last time he gave mercy to Shattered. I turned his soul blue as a apple pop out partly covered in black goop, while a bit of gold showed. Error surrounded his strings around the apple and pulled it out of Shattered, he held the corrupted apple in his hand. Ink pulled out a Golden Apple and sat on his knees near Shattered, "I don't want to kill you...I just want my friend...Dream..." Ink said as he placed the apple where his original soul would be as we were all blinded by a shining light of gold with Shattered screaming till it was silent.
