# Christmas before civil war

It was Christmas Eve, Tony and Liana were working on mark 46 in his lab while discussing something Tony had brought up.

"MIT, but why" Liana asked not believing.

Tony shrugged wiping his greased hands in a cloth "you were the one who always complained about how dumb your school is"

Liana looked at him with a open mouth "yea but that doesn't mean you can send me to some overgeek institute, besides I'm still in high school"

Tony sighed "Liana I'm not forcing you into anything, I just know that it's the best thing for you, take as much time as you want to think about it" Liana nodded,

he had done so many things for her how could she deny him "and don't worry about the highschool thing, it would be their honor to have a brain like yours and you can easily get a early admission"

"I was raised by most brilliant mind on this planet" liana said amusingly, tony gave her his signature smirk.

"I meant Jarvis" she added with a sly smile.

Grinning evily, Tony ruffled her hair

  "I miss Jarvis" she mumbled

he sighed " I do too kid"

"Enough of these weepy talks, look what I got you" tony said after a moment, handing her squared shaped glasses.

"is it what I'm thinking, it is" Liana asked excitedly "see for yourself" Tony answered.

With a huge grin, Liana put it on "hello Liana" said a robotic male voice, Liana squealed with happiness,  it was something she always wanted, her personal AI.

" play with it afterwards, I need you to do something for me"  liana took the glasses off, she was already uploading various new functions on it.

With a flick of his hand, a virtual projection of a YouTube video of a person in red blue funny outfit and a really odd red mask covering his face, swinging between buildings by some sort of white rope.

Liana squinted her already tired eyes "who is he" she asked Tony, who raised a amused eyebrow "why not, she"

"He's too stupid to be a girl" Liana answered with hint of a smile ghosting on her lips, as she watched him nearly smash into a sign board.

Tony laughed.

"that's the question kid" he said seriously after few seconds "who is he"

Liana gave a nod "got it".

Tony was hosting a extravagant Christmas party at Avengers tower, all the Avengers along with other people were invited, the main motive of this party was to put a smile on Natasha's face who felt rather down after Banner's mysterious disappearance.

Tony himself was really saddened, he liked Bruce most amongst his teammates, 'the science bros' a sad smile spread on his face as he remembered his nickname for them,
taking a sip of his drink he looked around and his gaze landed at liana who was sitting on a couch with her new glasses adorning her face, she was mumbling something softly as her thin fingers ran frantically on her iPad. Always a antisocial, he really hoped that MIT does her some good.

As if on cue, she looked up at him and smiled as she walked to him "I found your guy" she said when she reached him, Tony raised his eyebrows as she continued

"Peter Benjamin Parker, age 15,lives in a apartment in Queens with his Aunt, parents dead, attends midtown high school." She looked at him and asked "anything else"

Tony shook his head as Natasha approached them, she nodded at Tony "I see you like your gift" she said to Liana, seeing the electricuting bracelet, very similar to hers on Liana's wrist.

"I did" Liana said examining the innocent looking weapon on her wrist "I hope you liked the upgrades I did to your suit"she asked, Natasha sipped her drink  " loved it"

Tony looked between his neice and the red head assassin both smiling smugly at each other, with a frown on his face.
