# Endgame

"I can't believe that we're finally getting married" Liana smiled cooing two year old Morgan who was looking like a walking cloud with legs in her fluffy white flower-girl dress.

"Neither did I" Natasha entered the room smiling, Liana grinned she wanted to hug her but didn't because pepper gave her strict directions  to not wrinkle her dress, poor woman was already a nervous wreck and she would not annoy her any further.

Natasha looked at pepper who was looking stunningly beautiful in the equally gorgeous wedding gown " I never imagined you agreeing to spend your whole life with that idiot" she smirked.

Pepper chuckled and looked back at the mirror "he's my life"

To say that Tony Stark was nervous would be understatement of the year, he would have taken flight an hour ago had not rhodey been keeping a firm grip on his shoulder.

The music began and tony started relaxing even smiling when he saw Morgan padding down the aisle clutching a small bucket of flowers in her hands, she stopped and looked around seeming lost but when her eyes fell on him, her pout turned into a smile and she ran into his arms yelling "Daddy".

He kissed her cheek and looked the aisle to see pepper and Liana and in that he knew that he was happiest person in the universe,* literally*.To have three most beautiful and smartest women in his life; two of them as his daughters and one as his wife-to-be.

Liana was sitting crosslegged on the ground her fingers anxiously fumbling with the grass as she watched Tony talking to Steve, Natasha and Scott Lang.

Natasha and Steve weren't looking happy about his answer, she walked to them and hugged Steve and then Natasha.

"How are you" Natasha asked and Liana opened her mouth to answer but Steve cut her by saying "only you can convince him"

"He deserves to be happy, I can't ask him to risk everything" she was fiddling Bucky's dog tag, hanging besides her arc reactor pendant, Steve glared at it.

"But what about Bucky" his voice softened "don't you miss him"

"I do,Everyday"

That night after washing the dishes and accidentally coming across Peter's picture, Tony looked out of the window to see Liana sitting on the stairs.

He went to her and sat beside her, wiping her eyes with the sleeves of her sweatshirt she looked at him.

He couldn't even imagine what it would be like living without pepper how could she ever forgive him for making her go through the pain he can't even tolerate thinking about, he was stupid, blinded by his selfishness and now he promised himself and her that he'll fix it.

He smiled at her "I was wondering if I could borrow your pendant" she looked confused at her various pendants, it seems like she had a pendant from almost everyone she likes; Tony's heart dropped at seeing the spider from Peter's suit and Barne's dogtags and black widow pendant from Natasha, why she gifts liana weapons for Mass assassination is beyond him.

"This one" he pointed at the arc reactor pendant given by him.

She clipped it out and gave him " wanted to add some updates"  saying this hestood up and began walking inside "uncle Tony" she called and I turned back.

Her eyes searched his before she said "promise me that you'll Come back"

"I can't, but I'll try my best" tears bubbled in her eyes as she ran and hugged him.
