Tracy POV

The wind whistled, sounding like an endless scream. I open my eyes to The Red Church, "There was once an unfinished wedding that happened on the red church and its ground. Rumors say there are still strange footsteps in the dark." The ominous description perfectly fits the creepy environment.

I shiver.

I run to the nearest cipher, the dull glow radiating light, catching my attention. I nervously started typing on the rusted keys, clicks ringing throughout the map.

I hear footsteps and I quickly crouch down. I peek behind a wall and see its Martha, the Coordinator. She catches my eye and smiles at me as she motions to another cipher nearby. I nod at her and she runs to it.

My heart flutters in my chest as she disappears behind a wall, and I could feel heat flush to my cheeks. I quickly busy myself with the cipher.

Martha's so confident and strong. She's what keeps our hopes up in this cursed game. She's the light in this world, our angel.

Well, angels don't exist, but if they did, she'd definitely be one.

I blush harder, but my thoughts of Martha are interrupted by none other than Fiona, the Priestess.

"Help Me!" She screams, voice ringing throughout the map. Fiona and I had never really gotten along with each other. It started with our beliefs, or more my lack of one. I had never really entertained the idea of a higher power or some kind of god. Fiona was the opposite. She claims a spirit guided her to this manor, but I don't take her seriously.

Some people in this manor are a pain to deal with.

"I'm coming!" Martha yells back and I hear the pitter patter of her feet as she runs toward the glowing chair. Martha's strict, but it's only because she cares. What an Angel.

...

The alarm rings out across the map and I run to the one exit gate. I arrive there and spot Fiona dashing to the gate. I prepare to enter the passcode but before I can type anything in, the red-headed girl pushes me out of the way and does it herself.

Brat, I glare at her and wait for her to finish. Before she's even halfway through, our hearts start to beat.

"Hurry!" I mutter to her, as my heart starts to glow brighter and brighter. I can now hear footsteps on the ground and I quickly retreat to a locker. I peer through the slits to see Fiona dash away a few moments too late and get terror shocked. She falls to the ground, holding her head in her hands.

I send out the doll and try to finish the passcode. Fiona struggles in the physics-defying ballons as the hunter walks towards a rocket chair. I attempt to have the doll save her, but if she gets two hits she won't be able to function.

I try anyway.

Tho Doll rushes for the chair, but Hell Ember is ready for it. Before she even has the chance to try and rescue the Priestess, he strikes with his weapon.

"Hit One" I clench my jaw. Martha and Kevin had already escaped, and the timer for Fiona was almost out. Hell Ember appeared to be guarding and refused to budge even with distraction from the doll.

The best option would be to escape.

I take a deep breath and dash out the locker to the open exit gate. As my vision slowly fades, I hear a last desperate - and slightly annoyed - call for help.

I sigh, feeling a little bit bad for Fiona. Rocket chairs are uncomfortable and there was a slim - to none - chance of rescuing her. But it was more likely for me to get caught and then it would have resulted in a draw.
