Several months went by. By this time, Ember found herself sneaking into the temple's hatchery to destroy the nest of Cynder and Spyro which was occupied with three eggs. Ember thought to herself, "such precious children you may hatch Spyro... Such a shame they came from such a revolting female..."
Out of nowhere, Cynder seemed to emerge from the shadows when she attacked Ember, using her fear breath. Ember was quick to run out the little passage way she came in through, and as she took off to the skies, words began to flood her mind... "COWARD! DISGUSTING DEVELOPMENT! CREATURE! MONSTER!" Ember cried all the way back to her new hidden cave in the floating mountains. Where she began to grow a new multitude of dark gems.
