It was the weekend of Bucky's 16th birthday Cassidy did alot of research before she moved to Georgia about places with roller coasters. She found Six Flags Over Georgia she told her mom that she wanted that to be her birthday present to Bucky.
James and Olivia bought them tickets to go. They took them to the park "Omg .. you are going to make me throw up." he said when they pulled into the parking lot.
"oh come on it will be so much fun." Cassidy said
"We will be at the water park you two." James said
"Okay.." Cassidy said as she pulled Bucky behind her.
"Cass Cass please slow down I may like riding bikes and everything but this.. slow down please." he said
She stopped "Whats the matter.." she said
"I have never done roller coasters before. I've been to those indoor sky dive things and um I just I have never done this.." he said
"It's fun I promise it's fun. I have fun with it." she said
He looked up and saw the rides after they got inside. She put them in line in a roller coaster that goes upside down. "Don't bail on me now Buck.. okay please I planned the trip to her this was my birthday present to you. I use to do this with my dad every year for my birthday last year was the first time I didn't get to go. There is a place in South Carolina that has go karts and a ride called the hurrican that is alot like that ride. There is also a sky diving place that is outside that I have done with my dad. This here is easy I promise it's fun." she said
It was finally their turn to get on the ride they sat down and she showed him what to do. "I hate you right now Cass." he said
"You won't hate me when it's over." she said then the ride took off.
After the first drop Bucky was over his fear cause with each twist and turn he was enjoying the adrenaline rush. Once it was over he hugged her "Okay you win this time." he said
"Told you.." she said
He would reapply her sunscreen even if it wasn't that hot out. They shared funnel cake and cotton candy. They were sitting with her legs over his lap as they watched the fireworks "Thanks Cass.. this is the most fun I have had on a birthday in a long time." he said
She smiled at him "Glad I could help.." she said as she smashed her face against his.
. "James Cassidy.. where are you." they heard
SHe moved her legs off of him and they stood up. "We are right here." Cassidy said
"You guys ready.." James said
"Yeah.." Bucky said
They got in the car and stayed at a hotel for the night then headed back to Savannah the next morning. James left not to long after that with Olivia.
Happy Birthday James" Olivia said as she laid a cake down on the counter top. "Thank you Olivia." he said as he went to the other side to his hard on from his step mother.
James came in with gift bags "Even though you give me hell I didn't forget to get you gifts. It's just I know you. So I hid them at your grandmother's house." James said
He smiled at him. "Thanks dad." he said
"Welcome now come here cause these won't make sense till you see what's outside." James said
Olivia and Cassidy followed them out as James kept his hands over Bucky's eyes. Cassidy smiled so big cause she knew he was going to love it.
"Okay James Buchanan open your eyes." James said
"Dad.. you.." he said when he went wide eyed and saw his new bike.

"I talked to the guy at the bike shop. He said that it's better to start out here from dirt bike to this then you can work your way up to an actual Harley." James said
"Well now he's really gonna get all the girls." Cassidy said
"Cassidy" Olivia said
"What mom. Girls love a man on a bike." she said as she walked inside and up to her room.
Bucky opened up his new helmet and leather jacket and boots and gloves. "Thanks dad." he said as he hugged him.
"Where's Cass.." he said
"I think she went upstairs." Olivia said
He looked at her confused "She left the party.." he said
Olivia looked down "Today marks a year James.. she didn't want to say anything cause it's your birthday weekend so she's done her best to put on a smile for you." Olivia said
"She never told me when it happened." he said as he picked up the boxes.
Bucky took his stuff upstairs laid it down on his bed he went through the bathroom and found her sitting on the floor. He sat down behind as she had her pictures out"Why didn't you say anything.." he whispered.
"Because it's your birthday it's suppose to be a happy day." she whispered as she looked up at him over her shoulder. .
"James.. where are you." James said
Bucky jumped "Cassidy's room dad." he said
"We have to head over to your grandmother's soon so get changed and dressed. You two know the drill cover the tats and piercings Cassidy Jo." James said
She looked down.
"Yeah.." she said as she wiped tears and started to pick up her pictures. "Cassidy.. I know today is tough but we have things to do." James said
She went over to her closet and put her box back in her closet as she wiped tears. Bucky looked over at her and looked down. She pulled out a dress that covers her stuff that his grandmother hates about her.

She curled her hair and did her make up Bucky came into the bathroom. He let out a breathe "God baby.. you look good." he said
She smiled and said "Thank you."
They went over to his grandmother's house for dinner and more cake.
