Charlotte POV:
The harsh light woke me up as it shone through the window even though the curtains were doing their best to stop it. I guessed I had better get up, I looked at the clock on the bedside, it seemed like they had just let me sleep longer than I should have. Swinging my legs off of the bed, I walked towards the chair in the corner of the room, there was a green dress draped over it, I picked it up, one of my mother's designs by the looks of it. There was a note on the desk next to the chair, it seemed that my mother had sent the dress early this morning. Well I was officially out of hiding then.
As soon as I had finished getting ready, there was a knock on my door and Sebastian entered. "Good Morning Charlotte, I presume you slept well." He said, a slightly teasing tone in his voice already knowing I wasn't exactly happy about sleeping in all morning. I scoffed and walked past him into the long corridor, "Can you even call it morning now?" I could practically feel the smirk on my back, "The young master thought that it was perhaps best not to wake you, I agreed with him as you didn't seem as energetic as you usually are." I sighed "Where is the young master then? I mean I need to thank him for letting me stay here." Sebastian began to walk in front of me "He is in his study."
I walked into the study with Sebastian at my side. Ciel looked from a stack of paperwork and pointed the chair in front of the desk. "I'm to thank you for letting me stay and..." I couldn't finish what I was saying as the door suddenly burst open and a figure knocked me out of the way into Sebastian. "CIEL!!!"
