Team Shadow: (Astro and Wonderman book 10) The return of the Dragonfires.

Dark Fate's downfall

(Wonderman's point of view)

"You really think you can defeat me in the end? I have way too much power for you to comprehend" Dark Fate voiced.

"And Astro has been readying herself for a war that's much bigger than this one. You have no idea of the power your about to awaken" I told Dark Fate.

"It's true. The power that lies within Astro is the strongest magic you'll ever see" Fate told Dark Fate.

"You don't scare me one bit. Astro would never have the room for that kind of magic anyway!" Dark Fate laughed.

"Don't underestimate her. She's stronger than you could ever know" I told Dark Fate.

Suddenly red marks appeared all over on Astro's body and the earth shook so much you could see it shaking.

"What's happening?!" I asked then.

"No! It's way too soon for that kind of magic!" Fate worried.

The next thing we knew Astro was in dragon form and her dragon form looked so familiar it's like something struck in my brain and I remembered who she was. I also remembered that I loved her.

Astro breathed really hard and then was about to roar a dragon roar when I got in front of Dark Fate.

"Your not ready for this kind of magic yet, Astro! Please don't do it!" I begged her.

So then Astro got into her normal form and her angel wings came back out. Around her was a light hat seemed to get brighter and brighter until it exploded. It was too bright for anyone to see but when it was done the darkness created by Dark Fate comes disappeared. The whole earth seemed to have healed from Astro's magic spell and there was a shadow towards another human body.

"Sister!" Fate expressed.

"Fate" the other girl voiced as she ran towards her sister.

"How! How can you defeat me!" The shadow screamed.

"Astro! Don't use the last bit of the spell please! It would be like killing Darkness. She doesn't have a body now because of Dark Fate" Loki told her.

She then hesitated.

"It doesn't matter. The world is going to revive everyone who needs to revive and it'll only take four more years. And you know what else happens in four years? Your complete and total destruction!" The shadow laughed.

Suddenly Astro's eyes glowed a yellow color which meant she was using great power but she could take it. Her level of power made even the shadow tremble in fear.

"I will not allow you to destroy my earth!" Astro voiced then using one last magic spell on the shadow.

A body was also there that looked a lot like what Darkness used to look like but not quite. Once this body was created Darkness's soul went into the body.

Astro also seemed to get really sleepy and started to fall in her mission to go to sleep but I caught her in time.

"What was that about?" I asked.

"Astro is the true mother of this world. Sarafina may have created a lot of the world that we know today but it was Astro who created Sarafina. She never meant for things to get this out of hand with her magic though" Fate voiced.

"Now that I'm free though we can start reviving some of the world" Fate's sister voiced.

"That's gonna take a lot of work" Fate voiced and they disappeared as they smiled at each other and waved a goodbye at me.

After this Loki ran to Darkness and I ran to Astro. Astro's heart was still beating and I was surprised that she was able to pull so much magic off.

"How dare you defeat my master! You will pay!" Christa voiced as she used a spell that went towards Astro.

"Dad, no" Loki tried to tell me but I didn't listen. I got in front of the spell in order to protect Astro.

I was surprised when it actually affected me.

"What did you do!" Loki asked Christa.

"Relax, he's fine. I just used magic that makes him stay asleep for as long as I want him to. Without Wonderman, Astro wouldn't be half as strong as she is today so he'll be out long enough for us all to take over the world"  Christa voiced.

"Why you!" Loki voiced to Christa.

"I'm trembling with fear" Christa laughed.

It was then that Darkness started to wake back up. Once she did and sat back up I smiled for once it being a complete real smile.

"Loki!" Darkness voiced as she hugged me tight and cried. "I missed you so much" She added.

"I did too. Now isn't really the time though" I told Darkness.

"Alright, then it's me and you together for this mission like always" Darkness smiled at me.

I flushed then and turned back around towards Christa with Darkness.

"What exactly are you planning to achieve?" Darkness questioned.

"I plan to achieve vengeance. Astro defeated my allies a long time ago when she was in a similar situation and I want to get even with her. Although I suppose since I've gotten Wonderman it would make us even. However, I know one thing that would absolutely crush her spirits enough to where her will to fight would be all but gone. You can't have Astro without Wonderman" Christa voiced. So many people turned towards us then and they were all evil.

"I don't think so" Darkness voiced creating a shield around us.

"We need to run. This won't hold us for long. I've learned some more powerful magic but it's no match compared to hers" Darkness told Loki.

Loki nodded and grabbed Astro and Darkness grabbed Wonderman and they all started to run as fast as they could.

(Hope's point of view)

I finally made it to the hospital and they were all where they needed to be. I sat in the waiting room waiting for answers but scared to know what they would be. I desperately hoped they would all be okay. I was mainly worried about Joseph since we'd grown really close in the past few months.

"Joseph, please be okay" I whispered.
