What once was

(Starlight's point of view)

I was in a white room now and it had decorations all over the room but they seemed old and worn out. There were roses but they had withered and died. All around me was the aura of death and sadness. All I knew is that I wanted to be out of here. I couldn't stand to look at these pictures for much longer so I went to the only door available and saw what looked like a suicide watch building.

"Why am I here?" I asked then.

"Starlight has opened the door to her room!" The lady at the front desk yelled.

So they pushed me back inside and I hated it.

"What did I do to get here?" I asked then.

Suddenly I heard loud sirens in my ears that came from sirens.

I covered my ears from the loud noise.

I saw Caleb in a bed then barely breathing. Wobderman was with me as well. So were Caleb's mother and sister.

Astro wasn't inside though.

I ran towards Caleb following where they lead his body. Quickly they hooked him up to all these machines and they did whatever they could to save him.

The heart monitor eventually dropped to where he was dead and I heard that dreadful sound that meant he was dead. I dropped down to my knees and couldn't take it.

"I had reasons to live when I was with him. I no longer wish to live" I said right as I took a knife and used it on my stomach right before Lulu.

"Mom" I heard in an echoing voice. It took me a second but I realized it was Lulu.

"Hey, how are you doing?" Lulu asked.

"How am I doing? Are you kidding me? I may as well be in a cemetery. Get me out of here" I told her.

"Mom......I can't. I brought this for you" Lulu half smiled at me.

It was a flower for me and it looked beautiful. At least I was a lot more willing to look at that than the state this room was in.

"You really don't remember do you?" Lulu asked then.

"Remember what?" I asked then.

"Caleb was never meant to make it to this time. He passed away when the time continuum was fixed for the very last time" Lulu told me.

"What?" I asked then.

"Are you okay mom?" Starlight asked then.

"Astro.....she's the one that sent us into this time line. I would never have to go through this again had she not done that spell. She's the one" I voiced then.

"She already feels bad about the whole situation you know. And it was her past self that did that so you can't really be mad at the present version of her" Lulu slowly told me.

"She should feel bad" I voiced.

"She's also your sister who loves you very much. She would do anything for you and you mean the world to her" Lulu told me as she shook her head.

When she said that the anger subsided a little and I started to cry a little and Lulu comforted me the best way she knew how.

I was glad she was here and I decided I could make it through this time. I had to because if I didn't, then it would come right back at me.

"I'm sorry Lulu" I said then.

"It's okay. I miss him too" Lulu said then.

(Hope's point of view)

We opened the door but when we did we were face to face with the rest of us Dragonfires.

"We're so glad we found you!" We said as we started to cry in joy.

We were glad to be united again and we were also glad that when we opened the door it wasn't to our doom.

"Where's Darcilla.....I mean Darkness?" Lex asked us.

"I'm not sure" I admitted.

"Well where she is it's probably with Loki" Miya laughed and the rest of us laughed along.

We knew it was probably not far from the truth and you could tell they had a thing for each other.

"Well we need to find them as well as Starlight and the others" Astro smiled.

"So I guess we're part of the chosen ones eh?" Polar smiled at me. Beside him was Rosie, Kalie, and Sarafina.

"I'm glad we can fight side by side" I smiled at Polar.

"I'd love the chance to fight for my sister and family" Polar told me.

"Let's go find the others" Sarafina smiled at us.

So we were going to finish our mini mission that we had now.

(Darcilla's point of view)

It was officially morning now and Loki lay beside me. We had nothing on at the moment which meant we definitely did it.

"That was one heck of a night. Though it could have waited you know" Darkness told me in my mind.

"Yeah, but he's really good you know" I voiced to her.

"Can we not talk about how past Loki is good in bed. It's just weird" Darkness said as she sweat dropped.

"Why? Are you thinking that means your Loki is good in bed?" I smirked at Darkness.

Her face slowly went red and she crossed her arms really quick before saying. "I was not worried about that. Do me a giant favor and get your mind out of the gutter!" Darkness shouted in my mind.

I just laughed and then Loki coughed and he opened his eyes.

"Good morning, Darcilla" Loki told me.

"Good morning Loki. You know you could have told me you were that good in bed" I teased.

He blushed then and tried to look away when Darcilla pulled his face to hers and she kissed him.

Then she got up and purposely dropped her blanket as she used magic to put on new clothing for the day.

Darkness facepalmed as her face flushed so much I didn't know it was possible.

Darcilla did put clothes on Loki then and when she got up Loki did too.

"So time to finish that mission huh?" Loki voiced.

"Right" I nodded as we walked to the center of the cave. Once we sealed it away we only had to wait on time to do it's job.
