Team Shadow: (Astro and Wonderman book 10) The return of the Dragonfires.

Going back in time

(Astro's point of view)

I was in the cave with the three circles in it and three dragons. I stayed there frozen in shock for a moment before rushing outside to see what it looked like there. No one was fighting so it wasn't that time but it looked similar to the scene of the war. How long was it before it would begin? I wondered. I decided then to at least look around the cave. When I stepped in the middle of the circle the red marks had grew all over me and then turned black. Once that happened I felt an overwhelming amount of black magic within me. I also felt the power of creation. I felt it was the power of creation of black magic I was supposed to have from Vanth and Sarafina. I took a deep breath then as I tried to handle both at once.

"I can do this. I will not be pushed back by the darkness any longer" I voiced determined.

Once I said this a light surrounded me and it was brighter than any other light I'd ever seen and the dark magic seemed to subside enough for me to control both for then.

I was shocked at this now. I had done something even Christalline hadn't figured out yet. I couldn't believe I had such capabilities but after the excitement of this wore off I then looked around the cave to gather my surroundings and try to find the others.

(Wonderman's point of view)

I was on the grass below the famous cave Astro was supposedly to be in with Pixie.

"Pixie!" I stated when I saw Pixie.

"My head hurts...what happened?" Pixie asked.

"I'm not quite sure what happened. But this place does look familiar" I admitted.

Pixie got a good look and the place and she covered her mouth with her hands.

"There's no way. Did we go back in time or something. This place didn't look quite like this before?" Pixie asked.

"That's what we need to find out" I voiced to her.

"Wait, where's mom?" Pixie asked then worriedly.

"Well if I had to take a guess my first guess would be in that cave. After all, it seems to have a thing for her" I half joked.

"Then let's go find her and then we'll work on finding the others" Pixie smiled.

I nodded then and Pixie transformed into her fairy form while I transformed into my dragon form and we both flew up to the entrance.

(Jason's point of view)

We were in a field that seemed as though it would be the perfect place for vampires to get fairies and wizards to feed on during the night.

It wasn't far off from where the war had began and I wasn't the only one here. Jake and the Dragonfire siblings all seemed to be here. Almost all of them that was.

Once they all woke up Jake had simply said one thing. "We need to find the others. I'm Jake by the way. Pixie and Jason's son. I've grew up in heaven and I've been watching over you all over the years. I'm pleased to finally get to meet you all" Jake smiled.

"It's nice to meet you too" Lex smiled speaking for everyone.

"So who will we try and find first?" I asked.

"We'll try and find mom first. I need to make sure she's okay. She's been in the abyss for a while now. My mind will be at peace once I know she's okay and not forever stuck their" Jake voiced.

"What's the abyss?" Jessie asked.

"It's a dimension where you simply don't exist in the sense that you have no feelings or life to live. And there's nothing in that dimension but some unlucky people who have ended up there  because of the time warp that was created. Astro can fix that though. Once she fixes the mistake she made so long ago. This world needs to be destroyed" Jason voiced.

"That world sounds awful to live in" Plete frowned.

"We're not gonna find her by sitting around and talking. Come on. Let's go and find her" Jake smiled.

So we all followed him to find Pixie.

(Hope's point of view)

We were in a castle that looked old but it also held lots of memories. You could see pictures of Katheryn and Leo everywhere and the color of the castle was more light and colorful than you would have expected from Leo.

"Katheryn really did change Leo's heart didn't he?" I asked.

"It appears that way. I never would have thought that he would be so.....well like this" Angel voiced.

"I was just thinking the same thing" I smiled at Angel and she smiled back.

"This is our last moments together isn't it?" I asked then.

Angel frowned a little then. "It might be but we'll always be with each other in spirit. A million planets couldn't separate the Dragonfires. And the two of us" Angel smiled.

"I just wish I would have gotten more time to get to know this version of you. She really is someone to look up to and admire" I smiled at Angel.

Angel flushed a little then and looked away from me. "Your giving me too much credit, Hope" She whispered.

"No, I'm giving you the credit you need. Sure you may have been in the darkness for a while but you came out of the darkness. That makes you one of the strongest people I know. Not only did you pull yourself out of the darkness you even turned yourself around and that takes a lot of willpower to do" I smiled at Angel.

"I love you too, Hope" Angel told me.

Then she pulled me into a hug and she used her magic on me to make every bad memory I had of her a better one. One where me and her had never parted like we did.

After this I felt a little sleepy and Angel had got me before I fell and waited for me to wake up. It was about 30 minutes later when I did along with the others.

"Let's go face what's out there" Damien stated.

"Wait, before we go anywhere I'd like to say something" Angel stated.

So we waited and she stood in front of us.

"No matter what happens now we will always be family. We will always be together forever and be fighting for what is right. I love you all and I wouldn't trade any of you guys for the world. I'm glad I got the chance to know all of you guys and you all mean the world to me. I also may not of made the best choices in life but if we make it through this I promise I'll make it up to all of you no matter what it takes"   Angel told us all.

"Now why are you getting all sentimental on all of us. Now is so not the time for that. We've all already been through so much" Damon stated.

"In any case though, it does mean a lot. Those words" Athena smiled.

"Now let's open those doors and show them what we're made of. If we run into anyone that is" Miya smiled excitedly.

So we all put our hands together as a time and rose them up as we started to open the doors to the outside world unsure of what to expect.
