The Days To Come

chapter 13

Caitlin's Pov:

I sat in Kaylin's chair at the hair salon. She took me over to the hair washing station, washing my hair, before wrapping a towel around it to take me back to her chair. She dried my hair, before brushing it out and cutting the dead ends off. She went over to the cabinet, pulling out the bleach. She separated my hair into sections, before applying bleach to smaller sections, wrapping it in aluminum foil.

*30 minutes later*

Kaylin unwrapped the aluminum foil, throwing the pieces into the trash, before having me go back over to the sink. She washed my hair with a special shampoo and conditioner, before brushing my hair out with her fingers. She rinsed out the shampoo and conditioner, wrapping a towel around my hair. She then took me back to her station, brushing my hair fully out. We then went to the counter, where I paid her for doing my hair.

*8 days later* (Dec 28)

Catline's Pov:

I was currently on a plane with my mom and dad to Italy for New Years. I sat in between them, sipping on the ginger ale on my table. I played games on my phone while we were flying. Since we were flying in the middle of the night, I soon ended up falling asleep.

*15 days later* (Jan 12)

Genevieve's Pov:

Today, I was doing Alannah and Katelyn's hair, since they needed haircuts. The other day, they had came in to get the blonde in their hair touched up, but wanted to wait a couple of days before they got it cut. I started out with Katelyn, the younger of the two, by brushing her hair, gently cutting the dead ends off. I then, took her over to the sink, washing her hair, before wrapping it into a towel. While her hair air dried for a bit, I worked on Alannah's hair. I essentially did the same thing to hers as I did Katelyn's. I then, blew dry both of their hair, before checking them up.

Dakota's Pov:

I sat in Genevieve and I's apartment, working on a 5 page essay on any topic that is due next work. I went onto Google, looking for a bit more information to put into my paper. I wrote down the information that I was going ot use onto index cards, before changing to the tab that had my paper. I inserted the information that I had wrotedown into a couple of theparagraphs, before checking everything over. Before I printed out my paper, I made sure to create a bibliography of the sources I used. I then, printed out my paper, before putting it into my science folder.

*8 days later* (Jan 20)

Teagan's Pov:

Lilac and I had just gotten back to our college dorm from being away on break. I carried my bag upstairs to our room, before going to the kitchen to make a grocery list. Lilac went into her room, before coming out to put the food our parents gave us into the cabinets in our kitchen.
