*5 days later* (April 30)

Alaska's Pov:

Today, I was meeting with my book editor so we could start editing what I wrote. I placed my printed manuscripts into my bag, also adding my bag of pens. She texted me, telling me that she would meet me at the cafe in 10 minutes.

*20 minutes later*

Kate and I sat at a table in the cafe, going through my manuscript together. After we went through the whole manuscript, she told me to go through and fix what we marked and that we would meet up again next week.

*1 day later* (May 1)

Brynn's Pov:

I sat in my study hall, filling out the last math paper of my senior year. Yes, I am 16, but I decided to graduate early. My study hall teacher got a phone call from my guidance counselor, telling him to send me to her with my things. I walked down to her office, knocking on her door, before walking in.

"Good morning, Brynn. I called you down here to check on how your classes are going and to see how applying for scholarships is going," she said, pulling up my schedule on her computer.

"I have one last paper to turn in to my math teacher and I have to take my Spanish exam," I said, as she looked at my grades.

"Okay. How's applying for scholarships going?" she asked me, turning to face me.

"It's going pretty well. I applied for about 20 or more," I said, looking at the time on my watch.

Carter's Pov:

Aiden and I sat in my mum's classroom, while Benjamin had our mum sign his papers. I worked on my math homework, while helping Aiden on his history homework. The final bell finally rang, meaning that the school day was done. Since it was Friday, that meant I didn't have track and Aiden doesn't have baseball practice, but a game. We got into Aiden's car, going to his house so he could change into his game uniform. We walked into his room, and I went to his closet, pulling out his maroon jersey and baseball pants, handing them to him. I sat on his bed as he changed, looking at my phone. He bent down to me, kissing me on the lips, before tying my hair into a ponytail. I got off of his bed, as he grabbed my hand, taking me downstairs.

He grabbed 2 waters out of the fridge, handing me one, before putting the other into his bag. We left his house, going to the field at the high school. About 5 minutes before the game was going to start, I gave Aiden one last kiss and put my favorite scrunchie on his right wrist, since it was his lucky charm.I went out to the stands, sitting on the very bottom row with his sister and 2 younger brothers.

*end of game*

Aiden's Pov:

It was finally my time to hit again in the game. I stepped out to the plate, looking over at my lucky charm, before getting ready to swing. The pitcher threw the ball, and I hit it, making it over the fence. I ran all the way around to home plate. Just like that, the game was over. After 5 minutes, I left with my sister, brothers,and Carter, going to get some pizza.
