3- Hello Babe

Melody's POV

We fix my makeup and i thank the girls.
"Thank you girls so much I don't know what I would do without you guys." I say pulling them into a hug.
"You're very welcome." They day at the same time. We all laugh. We get back out to the table with Archie.
"Wait guys can you all come with me like moral support?" I ask them all and the all agree. Then we all get up and head to Archie's car. Soon we pull up to my house. I take deep breathes.
"It's gonna be okay Mel." Veronica says.
"I haven't seen him in 3 years. Why would he want to see me now?" I ask
"Who knows but we will be right behind you if you need us." Betty says. We all get out the car and walk inside my house. We walk into the living room and I see him. My breath hitches. I walk up to him.
"What do you want?" I ask crossing my arms.
"Well hello to you too babe." He said smirking. I roll my eyes.
"I'm not your babe anymore. That was 3 years ago." I said fighting the tears.
"Can we talk?" He asked them looking at Veronica, Betty and Archie.
"Like in Private?" He asked.
"Fine. Guys wait here." I say turning to them. I bring him out to the porch.
"What did you want to talk about?" I asking sitting on the swinging bench on my porch.
"I wanna talk about us." He said.
"There is no us anymore Justin. After what you did." I said looking down. I feel a hand on my thigh I look up at Justin.
"I get what I did was wrong but I love you Mel." He says.
"One it's Melody to you and two I did love you but after you cheated on my you broke my heart." I say starting to tear up.
"I'm so sorry Melody I really am. I was young and dumb. Having that kid made me more mature." He said.
"What about the mom huh are you sure you're not still sleeping with her or gotten more girls pregnant and didn't let me know. I really want to know was it more then just her?" I asked sighing. He looked down and sighed.
"There was one more but she didn't get pregnant or at least I didn't think she did." He said.
"You're unbelievable. You really think I'm gonna run back to you after 3 years which I have been happier then ever. I'm finally with my family again. I just got over you and I don't want to fall back in love you." I said now tears are running down my face.
"Look at me Melody." He said lifting up my chin and wiping my tears.
"I'm not asking for you too run back to me. I'm asking if we can restart and at least be friends. The guilt that I have because of what I did has been bothering me for the past 3 years." He said now he started to tear up.
"We can try to be friends but it's gonna take awhile to even trust you again." I say finally giving in. He smiles.
"Thank you Melody Thank you so much." He says. I thought he was speaking the truth but he wasn't and I didn't know that but everyone else did.
"Now if you want to be my friend you gotta meet my other friends." I said and smiled. I take his hand and lead him inside. I make him stay by the door and walk into the living room.
"Mel. What did he say to you?" Archie immediately asked me concerned.
"Arch. It's fine. He want to rest-" but before I could finish they all cut in.
"No!" They all said.
"You didn't let me finish. He wanted to restart and be friends at least. So I said yes." I said they all gave me a worried look.
"Guys it's gonna be fine. Justin! Come in here!" I yell for Justin and he walks in.
"So you guys formally meet. Justin this is Betty, Veronica, and Archie." I say.
"Nice to meet you all." He says smiling. They all smiled back but I could tell they were faking it. I knew they didn't want him to hurt me again but I know that won't happen again. Or at least I thought.
"So Justin how have you been?" Betty asks suspiciously.
"I've been good but now I'm better since I'm friends with Melody again." He said. Betty just nods. Then Justin's phone rings.
"I will be right back guys." He says then walks off.
"Mel where is the bathroom?" Veronica asks.
"Over there." I say pointing down the hall. Coincidentally it's where Justin went. Veronica gets up and goes to the bathroom. Or so I thought.
"Mel are you sure about this? I'm not sure about Justin." Archie says.
"Arch you don't need to worry. I get how you fell about him right now but please get a long with him while he's here." I plead
"Fine." He says
"Thank you Arch." I say smiling.
