-Flashback-

"It's crazy. We have been together for 6 months now!" she smiled kissing my lips.

"I know, right?"

This was very important. I have told this girl all my secrets and she has told me all of her own.

"If we want to make this dinner reservations we are gonna want to get going now." I tell her.

"Ok, I'm ready." She stands and I put my big hand into her small ones.

We get into my car, but I don't drive. I stay seated.

"Ash, are you ok?" Rachael asks me searching my eyes.

"I-I I just-" I can't finish. Tonight I wanted to tell her that I loved her. I had to. There wasn't a better time to do so.

I loved her since our 2 month anniversary which was pretty fast, but I did. I didn't know someone could fall in love so fast. I just hoped when I told her she wouldn't get mad at me, or not want to be with me anymore because I can't live without her.

"What's wrong? You can tell me anything. You know that." She rubbed my arm in a soothing way.

"I have known you for 2 years know, and six months out of those 2 years you were my and still are my girlfriend. I'm so happy that you chose me to be the one you cuddle with." She giggled.

"I can't live without you. I know I can't. I'd be so devastated if I lost you. For any reason. I-I," I tried to say it, but I was too scared of her reaction.

I got the confidence.

Ok, here we go.

"I love you."

She looked at me. Then she started to smile.

Then I heard the words I longed for her to say for so long.

"I love you too."

- End Of Flashback -

I think that that was the happiest day of my life. I just was so happy when she said it back. I kissed her after that and repeated that I loved her so much. I said it more that day, than I have ever said it to anyone in a year.

She told me that she loved me since 3 months into the relationship. I told her how long I loved her and she just kissed me again.

Me and Rachael have been together for 3 years. I still can't believe that. I know that I have screwed up plenty of times but we still found our way back to each other. Last year our relationship was illegal but who cares. Now it's not.

I'm 19 and she is 18.

I'm so happy to have her in my life. I just want her back.
