Erza POV
Well, that was unexpected.
Gray and I had found each other. After I had a little problem with alive vines. Aka snakes.
Then, apparently Lucy's old 'pack' had followed us, and brought two cats with them? How???
I sighed, rubbing my forehead. The werewolves were a sight for sore eyes. How they managed to stay hidden was a mystery.
First of all, red, blue, and green fur. Don't forget white, brown, and black. Definitely doesn't stand out.
Secondly, noise. So much noise. They literally took down a tree by fighting over who got to punch Lucy first when they would meet up with her. The words if we meet up went unspoken. They had a firm belief that they would meet Lucy again.
Thirdly, they were annoying little brats. I know they were older than me, but they were still annoying.
"Who goes there?" A demanding voice asked. Great! Now we were found out!
We all stepped out of from the cover of the leaves. The crisp night air was interrupted by the scent of another wolf. This one was black, pure black with black armor.
"Great," the wolf mumbled to themselves. "This is exactly why I hate guard duty. I always get the worst stuff. First, it was running trees. Then it was..."
We never heard what was next because we ran away from the distracted guard. Really, he was kind of stupid.
Then there was a bell, an alarm. Okay, maybe he wasn't as stupid as we thought. Wolves, merpeople, and vampires poured out of nowhere, surrounding us.
We were trapped.
*Time skippe because oof they trapped*
"So, you guys decided to come here, huh?"
I suppose we were lucky. Most trespassers didn't get an audience with their guild master, aka Aurora.
"How come everyone is so happy?" Gray burst out. "This is a dark pack! It was built on murder!"
Aurora's gaze only became less friendly. "That's true, but perhaps you haven't noticed that the only murders were of criminals who had escaped.
"And maybe you didn't realize this 'dark pack' is only dark because the council didn't want to give us the 'OK' for creating it."
"Why are we trespassers?" I shouted. "We're your pack!"
"Not anymore. Even if you were, they," she gestured towards the Stars of Heaven, or Lucy's former pack, "Are definitely not.
"Guards, take them to cell 1-A through 7-A. And guys, be thankful that I'm giving you the best cells. You are, after all, top priority. Goodbye!"
Our hands, bound together with change-suppressing chains, were put behind our backs. Our feet were tied to another person with rope. Our necks had leather collars on them. It was uncomfortable, but I knew that these were the softest ones. I saw chain mail, metal, and full-body casts versions of what we had on. Compared to others, we had the comfiest ones.

|—————|——| |——|—————|The cells were cool. Located on a tower, no one (other than vampires) was able to access it. Metal bars prevented people from escaping. The cells we were assigned to had tiny windows to let air filter. A sink and a wall for the toilet so we could have some privacy. The beds weren't solid wood, but actual cloth. It wasn't the worst, but not the best. They unbound our hands and feet, but left the power-suppressing collars on. Which meant we were as weak as normal humans.
Across from us was two of our Fairy Tail pack members, Laxus and Jellal. When Jellal saw me, he rushed to the bars as I did. We reached out. I was so close.
I stretched my arm, and we touched fingertips. I let out a shaky breath. "Jellal," I breathed out. I couldn't believe it. He was okay. We were okay.
Laxus sulked in the corner. Mira was in the cell next to him, and as they couldn't bend arms, and Laxus's were too thick to get through, they couldn't hold each other's hands.
We let go. My arms hurt, but it was worth it to touch Jellal. He didn't look starved, but it was obvious he hadn't ate as much as when we were free.
I sat back down in my cell, thirsty for water. I wasn't sure whether the water from the Tao was safe. Jellal must've saw this and told me, "the water's safe. It's from the springs."
But what about bathing? Well, at night, they let one of the genders- guys or girls- go to the prisoners spring. Since we're group A, we have first priority. So we get the showers first, the soap first, and the food first.
If we want fresh air, we have to request it because one of the guards have to accompany us at all times. If we need anything else, we also have to request it.
It was more of a house arrest, except we were trusted less, and it wasn't at home.
That night, as I sat down on the bed they supplied, I realized they changed the covers. If they did this every two nights, they probably wouldn't notice if one went missing, right?
(865) So fruitsies, How was it? Shorter then I would like it to be, but I think it's okay. You guys are awesome!
