Chasing After The Wrong Person ∞ Percico

Chapter 6

Percy's POV

Words cannot describe how great I feel right now. I must be going crazy but I feel like there's a bright opportunity for Percabeth to be a thing. I just cannot wait for the day Annabeth would be mine. Nico is so supportive, that it made me feel very relieved. So turns out, he did agree willingly that day I asked him for the favour. Silly me, doubting Nico like that.

"Percy, how was school today?" My mum asked, placing a glass of warm milk and my lunch on the table. I thought about it, trying to sum up my day into one word.

"Complicated, I guess." I answered uncertainly and took a sip of the milk. "But to make it sound better, maybe I could say it was...relieving?" Wow...that probably did not make any sense at all.

Mum smiled at me and nodded understandingly. "Well, that's good to hear. Enjoy your meal, Percy, I'll be in my room if you need me." She said and went off after patting me on the back.

I whipped out my phone and scrolled through tumblr. I stopped scrolling when I noticed Piper's post that stated: Ever had to help a heartbroken person? There was also a picture of a broken heart. I raised an eyebrow. Piper's helping a person who is apparently heartbroken?

Wow...if that's the case, I would go to Piper tomorrow too! Not that I'm you know...broken-hearted. I figured since Nico's helping me with something, I'll do him a favour and hook him up too! Then he would not be lonely anymore!

Hmm...but who? How about that girl, Reyna. I think that's her name. Anyway, THAT. WOULD. BE. PERFECT! Nico would seriously thank me for this. I noticed her sneaking peaks at Nico during lunch but whenever she spots me looking at her, she would turn away.  I better tell Piper my plan.

~ a few rings later ~

Piper: Sup Perce! 

Percy: Nothin' much. Just...wait for it...trying to put Reyna and Nico together! Tell me my plan is just AWESOME.

Piper: Uhm...Percy, I don't think you should-

Percy: Why not?! I saw your post on tumblr, McLean. If you can help a heartbroken person, you can definitely help Nico...right? Pleaseeee!

Piper: Oh eff...uhh...let's talk about this on another day, Percy.

Percy: B-but...

Piper: Kay bye! *hangs up*

Hey guys! Sorry for not updating lately. I had a school camp. That's all. It was AWESOME BTW. So yea...hope you liked it! 

P.S. This chapter consists of like...ReynaxNico and PercyxAnnabeth but don't worry! It's Percico forever!!! XD
