Derek's POVNope. Why am I dealing with this? They both had kids, and now I'm meeting them. I thought Evan was a human though, he smells like a werewolf... Eugene. I swiftly help the two find Evans wallet and they leave. I slowly make my way to the house, I rebuilt the Hale house and it fits my family of 8, counting myself.
I get to the house and I am immediately greeted by my pups jumping on me, however Eugene isn't here. I make my way upstairs and to his room to find him in bed, but he's not asleep. I sit down and he looks at me.
"Did you turn the boy I was just talking to into a werewolf? I'm not mad, I just wanna know."
"Yeah, I did, I need a pack of my own, might as well start somewhere." Stated simply while shrugging his shoulders.
"Okay, but this also means that you need to confront him, tell him everything, and from what I can tell his friend also knows what he is. She's just not entirely sure yet, so you might want to talk to her too." He agrees and says he'll do it tomorrow and leave him alone for the rest of the day.
Claudia's POV
"I'm just saying that there is no other information coming up, okay! But for all I know it could be something wrong with my laptop, it was my dads, maybe it's just old." I explain, trying not to yell.
"Okay, it's whatever. I'm gonna go home now, I'll see you tomorrow. And that doesn't mean you should stay up all night to try and figure it out. Good night Stiles!" He states.
"Yes Evan, I know, I won't stay up all night to do research. Good night, I'll see you tomorrow." I replied before he left the house.
. . . . .
"I'm totally staying up all night to research." And that's exactly what I do, I start to do more research.
After awhile I could no longer focus so I stood up and cleaned my room a little bit. That's when I found the books under the bed, a whole box of them. They were tomes, I opened one and was immediately confronted by information covering the pages, they all had different plaques with different titles, the one that stuck out the most to me was one that spoke about lycanthropy.
I opened it and started to read, I read until 6:35 in the morning, just so you know I had been reading since 7:00 o'clock the night before. I hadn't eaten anything in almost twelve hours. I closed it with a bookmark and went to shower, when I was done showering I got dressed and dried my hair. When finished drying my hair, I looked at the time and scrambled to put the book in my bag, and headed out the door.
I soon get to Evans and he's waiting for me at his door. He gets in the car and I immediately start driving to school. It was a peaceful drive until Evan spoke up.
"Why do you have bags under your eyes? You didn't stay up all night researching did you?" He questioned.
"Technically no, I was up all night, but I was reading." I stated simply.
"Oh, what were you reading?"
"A book that I found under my bed, nothing special." That was a lie, it's about werewolves, born ones and bitten ones, their behaviour, their abilities, and the ranks, plus a bit more but that stuff doesn't seem that important at the moment. Also the information, it's really old and the whole book is hand written, it goes into detail about everything, if it was fake then it wouldn't be so detailed and in depth.
"Okay, but you shouldn't have stayed up all night, you have bags under your eyes and we have tryouts this afternoon, you're going to be tired for the rest of the day." He explained, concern etching it's way into his voice by the end.
"I'll be fine, I mean I am used to it, the no sleep thing." I say shrugging it off as if it's nothing.
The rest of the drive was silent, almost uncomfortable. It was awkward.
(Time skip to lunch brought to you by my depression)
It was lunch and normally I would sit with Evan, but today I'm sitting outside on the bleachers by the lacrosse field reading the tome. It's interesting and it's full of information, in order to make me reading a giant book seem normal I also have a notebook to write down things that I feel are an important part of my research, that way I don't have to go through the whole book to find it again, the notebook makes it look like I'm studying.
I was just flipping through a few pages when I suddenly feel someone looming over me. I look up and see a guy that I've never seen, he doesn't seem like a high school student though, he's too fit and too scruffy to be a teenager.
We stare at each other for a minute until he sits down and starts talking to me.
"I'm Eugene Hale, and your friend, he's a werewolf and from what I can tell you already know that, after all you're reading a tome that used to belong to my father, but he gave it to someone he used to know. I want you to promise me that you won't tell anyone that werewolves exist. And I would also like you to know that I am a werewolf as well, I turned your friend, I'm his alpha." I listened intently, and agreed to not say anything, before he left he said that he would talk to Evan after school, so he wanted me to keep him here after tryouts.
From how much I read, I'm not that surprised about the situation. I can make it to tryouts, I've got this. With that thought the bell rings, I pack up my things and make my way to class.
(Time skip to tryouts)
I changed into my fitness clothes (outfit up top) and went out to the field, only to find that myself and coach were the only ones out here so far.
"Stilinski how about you start running laps and teach those boys that it's good to be on time, like yourself." I agreed and started running, he timed me. By the time I had run one lap and he stopped the timer, he looked at me astonished.
"How the hell did you do that? One second you were right here" he said pointing a small distance in front of me, "and the next you were there!" He pointed slightly behind me.
"How? I don't understand?" He asked exasperated. I shrugged and continued running laps until the boys finally got outside.
