I should probably make it clear that David is just a character I made up on the spot, I wasn't really thinking about it when picking a name, he's not the one that already exists.
Also, sorry for this chapter :P

Stan’s POV
I'm really stupid, huh? I probably upset Kyle yesterday and earlier…
“Stan what're we gonna do today…? You've been looking gloomy since we got back…” Wendy muttered, her head dangling off the bed.
I’m pretty sure hanging out with anyone other than Bebe so much has turned her into a bit of a bitch.
“I just feel bad for cancelling on Kyle is all. I told him I'd hang with him today and tomorrow- which I'm definitely not cancelling, got it?”
“Sure, sure–” Wendy slid off my bed, her head beside my leg, smiling up at me and I guess, trying to look cute.
I just sighed, looking down at her. “Wendy, what do you want from me…?”
“Stan, believe it or not, I really do love you… I think”
“You think?” I ask groaning. “Wendy, I don't want to be with someone who thinks they love me when I know someone who actually does!”
Suddenly I could see tears forming at Wendy's eyes.
Shit…
“Wendy- I'm really sorry… don't cry… please…”
I leant down beside her, using my sleeve to wipe her tears away and pulled her into a hug. We stayed like that for a while, well that was until we ended up kissing again…“We can't keep doing this…” I sighed, pulling my shirt up over my head. “You keep getting emotional and then we end up like this-”
“You’re aware of this yet here we are”
I just frowned a little before she cupped my cheeks and kissing me…_______________________________________
Kyle's POV
“Hey ya know, back when I was in fourth grade, for a while I had a friend with a similar name” I stated as we read comics in his room- just attempting conversation.
“Ah, that's cool” David replied.
“Sure I guess… Anyway, can I ask you something?”
“mhm”
“Why’d you ask if Stan was my boyfriend earlier, I mean I've only really known you since this morning” I soon sigh, looking over at him.
“Oh, I was just curious since I saw you hug him the way you did” David winked.
For some reason I felt like snickering a little.
“Oh hey so- wanna see our swimming pool?”David’s family actually had quite a lot of money, they had a big house- big garden and an indoor swimming pool.
“You can borrow a pair of shorts if you want and we can get pizza or something, my parents won't be back until tomorrow” David exclaimed.
“Uhm.. Sure” I say nervously.
David got up and pulled out a couple of shorts and tossing me a pair.“Thanks dude?” I go and put them on in the bathroom, not that there was really much point.
He showed me to the indoor swimming pool, it really was big.
I sat on the edge for a few minutes while David just dived straight in. After a few minutes, he swam back over and splashed me a little, then crossed his arms over the edge to support himself as he stared up at me.
“Are you okay?” David asked. I tried to smile a little. “Yeah, I'm fine…”David's cold wet hand soon grabbed mine gently then pulled me into the water, grinning. “Then hurry up and swim!”
I practically landed head first in the water, I was quick to pull my head up, water up my nose.
“Kyle! I'm so sorry! Are you okay?!”
After a few seconds of slight dizziness and a nose that fizzed, I replied with “I'm dandy!”, a smile forming on my face.
“dandy?” David snickered, throwing an arm around my shoulders. “That’s lame!” he continued to grin. “Haha, yeah!” I nervously agreed– David had a point and I had no idea where that word came from–
“Hey dude, when we get out, I'd like your number so we can talk and stuff outside of school”
“Sure” I smile.
We fool around in the swimming pool for a little longer, getting out and jumping in a few times then decided we'd had enough. David ordered a pizza while I got changed back into my clothes.
He came back up into his room where I was sat waiting and handed me a can of lemonade.
“Do you wanna watch a horror film?” David asked.
I shrugged. “I don't usually watch films like that… but sure”
“I have a film in mind, I haven't seen it but I don't think it's supposed to be very scary”
“Alright…”David put on a film called ‘The Boy’
The film had a pretty strange concept- a lady going to babysit a doll. I didn't really freak out until the elderly couple that the doll belonged to, left.
The pizza finally arrived and we tucked in quickly. While watching the rest of the movie, though we didn't pay as much attention to it.
“Kyle- what time do you have to be home?” David asked. I shook my head in response.
“Not sure, dad just told me to call him if it got dark… which it has.”It was long after that the film finished and I called dad.
“Oh, here” I wrote down a few digits on a piece of paper. “You asked for my number right? Tonight was awesome, thanks”
“No problem” David smiled as we waited out on his front lawn, waiting for my dad.
“Man, the end of that film was kinda creepy- Brahms was supposed to be burnt in a fire but his face looked more like a glass doll with a beard stuck on underneath, unless that was a shadow…”
David just laughed at me a little. “I sorta know what you mean…”
A car soon pulled up, it was my dad.
“Well, I'll talk to you later Kyle”
“Yeah, bye~” I smile, walking over to my dad's car and getting in.
